Ryan was very professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do asked if I had any questions then had his staff prepare me and then he treated me. Very efficient and straightforward. I would recommend him to anyone.

Awesome visit with Ryan very knowledgeable in skin ,allergies. The entire staff makes everyone feel welcomed. Mackenzie (aka )Kenzie a top notch assistant came in got valued information ,was able to keep me laughing and warmed the room with her comforting smile . With cookies out front, the young ladies, wrap up the session scheduling you for your next appointment, sending it on your way with confidence and smile. Thanks Idaho Skin Institute .. Dermatology, at its finest and with the epic knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment, if you have any skin issues or concerns.

Check-in as a first time patient went quickly and easily. I was impressed with the person who worked the front desk. She was clear and concise, positive, and kind. I was invited back quickly to the room by a professional looking and acting MA. He asked, and LISTENED, to my issue/history. I was then quickly greeted by the PA, who didn’t re-ask the same questions- I love this - he listened to his MA and remembered. The PA was knowledgeable and not overeager to sell prescriptions. He offered options and wasn’t pushy or unkind. The PA had Great bedside manner and his confidence gave me reason to trust what he was saying.

Insane cost! Went in for a skin tag on my cheek. They noticed 2 moles on my back that concerned them, they cut off samples for testing. Then had to go back again to cut deeper and remove them completely. Invoice was $2400!!! That’s after insurance! Total Cost was around $4000! For two moles that is completely Insane! Not one time did anyone ask or tell me it was going to cost that much or I would’ve never approved it. I originally went in for the skin tag on my cheek. Do your research, ask lots questions.
