Amazing place I received the best quality Service. Everybody is super polite. I got such a great experience. Janet did my first BBl laser She’s one of the best she explain every single process while she was doing the laser. I was feeling nervous at the beginning, but she gave me Confort making me feel that I can really trust her whit my skin. I’m so happy with the treatment and with the Service I have received. love this place.

I found this company through an ad on social media and filled out their quick survey — within about 15–20 minutes, they actually reached out to me! The call itself stood out right away because of how kind, informative, and engaging the person was. They made me feel comfortable and confident about starting my laser hair removal journey before I even booked my appointment. When I arrived at the location, I was even more impressed. The place is spotless, in a nice area, and has a really calm, welcoming vibe. Alexa at the front desk greeted me with such a soft, sweet voice and immediately made me feel at ease. My treatment was done by Danielle, who’s a nurse practitioner, and she was absolutely amazing — gentle, patient, and super informative. She explained each step of the process, what to expect with future sessions, and even gave me a stress ball just in case I tensed up (which I appreciated!). The whole experience was professional, clean, and comforting from start to finish. I honestly can’t wait to see my final results — especially since I’m officially done with waxing forever! I’m excited for my next seven sessions and definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about getting laser hair removal done.

I have been an ideal image customer for years, but I’m new to Henderson and so new to this location. I had Texiera (Sorry if I spelled that wrong) for my injector and she was amazing!! She took her time mapping out my face and the results were the best I’ve ever had! She listened to my concerns, and what I was hoping to achieve and she delivered beautifully! I’m hoping she stays for a long time, and I will always request her!

I had an excellent experience during my recent laser session in Las Vegas, and I want to express my full appreciation for the incredible nurse TEXIERA who cared for me. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, reassuring, and completely attentive to every detail. She explained each step clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and checked on me constantly to ensure I felt safe and supported. Her professionalism, kindness, and calm presence made a huge difference and turned what could have been a stressful experience into one where I felt truly cared for. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and compassionate. I am deeply grateful for her outstanding care and would absolutely trust her again without hesitation. ❤️❤️

Don't recommend if your coming here for lip fillers , I came awhile back for lip fillers and they have migrated super quick. The lip injection looks like it wasn't done correctly on the lip it looks like it wasn't spread properly. Paid 600$ for 0.8ML supposedly a deal they gave me where I could've went back for a couple more sessions which was a scam. These people are trained to talk you into their services like any other place upselling you for your $$$$$$ . If it's going to be that expensive make sure the services are atleast worth the money?!!! Courtney Costello which works for ideal image , she's the one who I talked to about how it would be & the price , she said it would be the 600 and the "free" session(s) .
