My experience with Ideal Image has been very satisfactory. The results of my laser hair removal have shown significant improvement in most areas. I highly recommend Hanna and Brooke. Hanna is the sweetest person, she is very empathetic and excellent at her job, I love the way she treats and cares for each patient, making them feel comfortable and special to her. Brooke is awesome as well, was trained by Hanna. On the other hand, Diane, Alondra, and Molly — the girls at the front desk — are extremely kind and very helpful with scheduling appointments.

I have come here for different treatments over the years and my experience varied largely based on who was doing my treatment. Since my last few treatments with Hannah, everything has been top notch. Her professional approach and kind demeanor helps make you instantly comfortable. Thank you!

They promised me I could pay them a certain amount after I pay for x amount of times of hair grows back I can come in and they take care of it. This new company that took over doesn’t honor this so I’m screwed then I look at my bank statement and they charged the 57 for the month and then 25 three times extra. They pull whenever they want and whatever they want from ur bank!! I’m pissed !! And need a 75$ refund asap !!

Hannah was amazing. I absolutely love her! It was my first time ever doing treatment and she walked me though everything. She has such a warm vibe about her and does amazing work. I will definitely be back to see her.
