Lena did my Botox injections about three weeks ago. For the appointment she was very professional and personable. She took the time to address my questions and concerns. She took extra time marking the areas for the perfect results! She was incredible with the injections, and there was no pain at all! I LOVE the results!!! She was fantastic to “hit” all of the areas where I needed it the most! Highly recommended!

Kenzie was my injector for my visit. I specified my concern and she was able to assess what I needed to get to my goal. Her numbing technique is spot on!! Her eye for detail is brilliant!!!!! Checked in with me throughout the process and stayed with me when I got up to fast and needed to sit back down for an extra couple minutes. Her work is beautiful and I’d recommend her for injectables! The front desk staff were just as friendly beautiful too!

Lena is amazing , this was my first time getting hair laser removal , I was scared but she made my appointment go so smooth , she explained everything in detail about what to expect about the whole process . I am happy I am getting my treatment at ideal image . The whole staff is really nice .
