⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I had a wonderful experience with Brianna . She was extremely nice, patient, and caring throughout my visit at Ideal Image . She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and supported. It’s rare to find someone who truly loves what they do, and her kindness made a big difference in my day.I used to go to the Westport location to get my laser hair removal but I decided to try the zona rosa location because on the Westport location they are not the nicest I did not felt comfortable at all , till I meet Brianna I’m very grateful for her professionalism and compassion. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

I recently moved to Kansas and get services at Ideal Image due to the brand's consistency. The nurses, Jennifer, Briana, and Jaimie, are fantastic. They actually discuss my goals, concerns, and lifestyle to ensure the treatment is tailored to my specific needs and that the goals are achievable. I’ve never felt upsold or pressured into buying services or products, which is a huge bonus. I am confident that their recommendations are genuine and the best option for me. Plus, they’re easy to talk to, so appointments are relaxing and enjoyable. I am a scheduler's worst patient; I constantly reschedule. Christina is so understanding and never makes me feel bad about my chaos. She's very easy to get in touch with and schedule appointments quickly. She's also great to talk to while waiting for an appointment and always tells you the promotions, so you get the best deals on the services. Ambers got the throughout and flow down pat. She’s often in the front talking to patients/clients, and it’s clear she is patient-focused - she remembers patients, their treatments, and their lives, so you don’t feel like a number on the schedule. Overall, the wait times are minimal, and it's a clean and welcoming environment that doesn't feel like a clinic. I genuinely enjoy my appointments.

Staff at this location is amazing! I called last minute and they were able to work me into the schedule. I visited Ideal Image and saw nurse Briana for laser hair removal. I have had numerous appointments with her, and she is always open to hearing my concerns, giving feedback, and very professional. She provides excellent customer service! I look forward to my appointments every 6 to 8 weeks because of her. If you are looking into laser hair removal I would highly recommend Ideal Image and ask for Briana.

I love that Jamie took the time to visit with me, to hear what results I wanted and then gave suggestions on how to meet the goals. Friendly atmosphere with no pressure to “add on” services. Her professionalism and manner of teaching about the processes was exactly what I needed.
