Extremely disappointed with the laser hair removal procedure. It didn’t work at all — the hair is still growing as if nothing was done. The technician was completely incompetent, accidentally hitting my facial scar with the laser, which is unacceptable. She also didn’t provide a protective cap, so all my hair ended up covered in gel. I do not recommend this salon to anyone who values safety and quality service.
Absolutely love this place! All of the staff members are so welcoming and friendly, it means so much when everyone remembers you. The atmosphere as a whole is the kind of place you tell your friends about! I had a lip flip done with Michelle, as well as a syringe of filler, and she was amazing! It was my first time and she made me feel so comfortable. In love with my results! 10/10 recommend going here
Always have such a fantastic experience at Instinct Holistic Med Spa. The front desk girls are all extremely helpful and accommodating. The spa itself is beautiful and clean. Michelle is absolutely amazing! She’s so knowledgeable and always gives her expertise advice. She never tries to upsell or pressure you into any service. I highly recommend her and Instinct for all of your skincare and spa needs.
I will be returning for more services! Aneta O was absolutely fantastic!! I was in serious need of a facial! I fell off my skin care routine and really needed some extra love (extractions 😂🤭) I added a lymphatic drainage massage as well! If you’ve never experienced this, treat yourself during your next facial! It’s relaxing and also allows water retention to dissipate. It’s so important to take care of yourself and I’m so grateful instinct staff was able to get me in on such short notice! I only have positive things to say about this wonderful place!
Michelle is so awesome! I went in for a consult with her to talk about lip fillers and she was so informative and made me feel so comfortable. Although I didn’t end up getting a treatment when I had the consult, I so appreciated her taking the time to meet with me and to tell me what my options were. When/if I decide to get filler, Michelle is my go to. Highly recommend visiting her at the med spa :)
