I was recommended Jordan and went to Insula Aesthetics after having a botched filler and Botox job done elsewhere. I was a little nervous, but Jordan was wonderful and really took her time at my first appointment. She was very knowledgeable and gave me multiple options. I told her my problem areas and she gave me her recommendations. Not once did I feel pressured to buy something I didn’t want. I had my two week follow up today and I could not be happier with my results. They’ve made me a lifelong customer. I would recommend them to anyone needing their types of services.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ashley. I came to her after a skin cancer surgery left me with a noticeable scar, and thanks to her expertise and precise care, the texture has improved so beautifully that it’s now virtually undetectable. Her knowledge of the best treatment options to help you reach your goals is exceptional, and she explains everything with such clarity and confidence that you immediately feel you’re in the best hands. Beyond her skill, Dr. Ashley has an incredibly kind demeanor and a bedside manner that puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. She listens, truly cares, and it shows in her thoughtful approach. Her office staff is equally warm and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. I’m so grateful I found her—she is truly outstanding in every way.

I love the ALL the people here, and their services!! Ashley is truly the most talented injector and skin care expert I’ve ever used…!she knows exactly how to map out each persons facial muscles (and mine are “impressive” according to her 🤣)…it’s not a one size fits all. I’ve used Valerie for Daxx, PRP, and lip injections (my first time!), and Jordan has done medical facials on me and injected my Botox today! I’m excited to go back to her for PDGF (she was telling me about it today!) Jordan also knows SO MUCH about their treatments and the skin care products they sell…these ladies all just radiate beauty, light, and warmth…making you feel SO comfortable and SO cared for. And Theresa was the best too…I miss her so much 😭 everyone here really knows their stuff, they won’t “overdo” you, and they don’t oversell you. LOVE YOU LADIES! You are the best team!! You help me to feel so beautiful, and honestly, I feel like a part of your inner circle everytime I’m there 🥹🫶 The photo is of my forehead before and after TOX 🤣

Jordan is amazing. She is so knowledgeable for all the treatments. I’ve been going to many places over the years and she taught me more in my visit than all the other places. All the treatments we discussed are long lasting results.

Read this in the context of it being a review for a place I respect and recommend, not a brag for myself, LOL, but since I have been going to Insula, people have commented on my face - how much brighter it looks, how much smoother it looks, and generally speaking, how good I look. My skin feels smooth and dewy and while I can credit a few things I do for that - a big credit goes to Insula. They are kind, explain things thoroughly, don't "oversell" you on things you don't need, and they honestly treat you like a good friend. They've educated me and influenced my at-home skin care routine, which is the key to upkeep after their wonderful in-spa treatments. I get tox for the line between my brows and they do the perfect amount (other places have done WAY too much). I also get the Pico Laser with red light therapy and I HIGHLY recommend it. Pictured here is my forehead earlier this year and my forehead today. (And I didn't even have one done recently - I'm due soon.) It's brighter, has less spots and fine lines are reduced. I'm 55, don't wear foundation make up, and I golf so I'm in the sun a lot. I'll never have "perfect" skin after YEARS of wearing no sunscreen, but the Pico really helps my skin look and feel so much better AND without makeup! I now have a great and sustainable daily skin care routine, (including sunscreen before golf!), and I'm using better products, including purchasing the at-home red light therapy mask they sell. All of that has helped me preserve the work of the laser. No matter your service, you will be in great hands with Ashley, Val, and everyone at Insula!
