I recently switched to It Is Well and this is by far the best primary care provider I have ever loved. On my initial visit, Jessi listened to my concerns, provided recommendations and did more than my prior PCP. Incredibly excited for future follow-up visits and looking forward to finally feeling back to myself again. The front staff was welcoming and super friendly! Highly recommend this practice to anyone! Looking forward to checking out the Medispa, too!

I had such a great experience at It Is Well Medi Spa with Lex and Maya. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and truly taken care of. Both Lex and Maya are knowledgeable, professional, and take the time to listen to what you want and what your skin actually needs. The services were amazing and never felt rushed. Everything was explained along the way, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment I was receiving. What really stood out to me was the customer service. Lex and Maya are kind, patient, and genuinely care about their clients. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in both their work and how they treat people. I highly recommend It Is Well Medi Spa and will absolutely be back. Thank you, Lex and Maya for such a great experience!

Everyone from front office staff, to medical assistants to providers and everyone else at this practice takes their time, truly listen to the patient’s concerns and formulates the best plan and solutions. The atmosphere is so welcoming and pristine. It’s refreshing to not be rushed through an appointment and to actually be heard by the clinician. Amanda’s expertise truly shines through with her knowledge and experience. Highly recommend this practice for everything from primary care, mental health and even a med spa! They offer so much at one convenient location.

I found It is well a few years ago. I have been a client of both Alexis and Maya and both ladies are amazing. They are kind and compassionate, listening to your concerns and addressing anything that may come up in your appointment. One of the things that I love most about It is well is how personable the staff and the services are. The ladies have taken the time to know me and whats important to me. When you come in for a service if there is something that needs to be adjusted based on your preferences or skin, it's no issue at all. In fact, thats what make coming here enjoyable!

Hannah and Amanda are thee sweetest providers I’ve ever met!!! The MAs are sweet too. They truly care about their patients and want the best for them. I always feel welcomed and appreciated. Never a bad experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new doctor. 10/10 would recommend
