I cannot say enough great things about Auriona and Gab at It’s a Secret MedSpa in Phoenix! Gab did my Botox and lip filler, and the experience was absolutely flawless. Completely painless, incredibly precise, and my lips have the most perfect shape and natural plump which was exactly what I was hoping for. Auriona treated my legs with BBL to address discoloration and sun spots, and I am blown away by the results. The treatment was painless, and she took such amazing care in targeting areas I’ve been insecure about for years. My legs look clearer, more even, and I feel so confident now. Both Auriona and Gab are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and delivered results beyond my expectations. If you’re considering any aesthetic treatments, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love The Secret Med Spa. Everyone there is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cool — the vibe is always amazing. I have the membership and it is definitely worth the monthly cost. I get my facials with Auriona, and she is incredible. She always gives the best facials and is so knowledgeable — I completely trust her recommendations. I always leave feeling refreshed and glowing. Highly recommend!

I visited Kaitlyn at It's a Secret Biltmore and had the best experience! She walked me through a detailed consultation to discuss what I was hoping for so we could pick the best services and products to get the results i wanted! I had little to no prior experience with getting injectables so I wanted a nurse injector who was focused on natural results. We did facial balancing using filler and Botox, and the results are so beautiful and I had very minimal bruising at all! If you are looking for a natural yet elevated look, book with Kaitlyn!!!

I loved my experience at It's a Secret Med Spa Biltmore! From the moment I walked in, I was truly impressed by the care and professionalism. Fiona, the manager, is absolutely amazing—she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfectly coordinated. Her warm and caring approach made all the difference for me. Cierra and Gabriella, the incredible nurses, are just as wonderful. They handled my facial balancing due to Bell’s palsy with such expertise and genuine concern, making the entire process seamless and uplifting. It's not your average Botox visit, but they made me feel at ease and in great hands. If you're thinking about visiting a med spa, I highly recommend It's a Secret Med Spa Biltmore. I am new to the medspa world. Now after a few months of being a part if their membership program (its a great deal!) I feel confident in sharing my experiences. From never having any work done before to now I've gotten botox/dysport from Gabriella, which can I just say how personable and fun she is! She is real and honest, and really helped me feel like i am in safe hands. She is great at communicating everything and great at her technique (even distracting the brain from the B12 shot, which I appreciated). I always love seeing her cheery face when I come in to the office! I've also gotten a hydrafacial, lazer hair removal, skin pen, dermaplane and a chemical peel from Auriona. SHE IS A DOLL! Such a sweet woman, who is extremely talented in many areas. She is fun to chit- chat with as Im getting my treatments done. She is great at communicating what she is doing and she always makes sure I am comfortable. Even offering me a blanket, to which I kindly accepted. I have nothing but faith and respect for her and her abilities to not focus on just upsell-ing, but what my personal needs and current focus is. I feel very fortunate to have such a great team of ladies on my side to help me feel and look my best!
