My first time being serviced here and I was not disappointed! The environment was very clean and the staff was welcoming. All services were throughly explained and all of my questions were answered, definitely felt safe. Olivia took care of me and made sure I was completely comfortable and happy with my results. Will definitely be revisiting, I look forward to additional services! If you're looking for any skincare or injections, I highly recommend here. 😊

I can’t say enough good things about this medspa! Olivia is truly an artist my lip and cheek filler came out absolutely perfect. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, explained everything thoroughly, and delivered the most natural, balanced results. I feel refreshed, confident, and still completely like myself just elevated. Alex was incredible with my Hydrafacial. It was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had, my skin was instantly glowing, hydrated, and smooth. The experience was relaxing, professional, and left my skin looking and feeling amazing. I also ordered peptides through them to be sent to my home, and the process was seamless. Everything was clearly explained, easy, and I felt fully supported every step of the way. From start to finish, the entire experience was luxurious, welcoming, and professional. The team is knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cares about results. This is officially my go-to medspa ! I trust them completely and couldn’t wait to get a membership.

10/10 experience with Alexandra! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and really takes the time to explain what each treatment does and what would work best for my skin type. On top of that, she’s so warm and welcoming! I instantly felt comfortable. My skin has never looked better. Highly recommend seeing Alexandra if you want someone who really knows what they’re doing!

Today was my first time in It's a Secret. I hadn't even intended to go in but I was shopping at the stores nearby. I do use med spa services and I thought I'd go in and ask some questions. The moment I walked in the door I got the sense that it was an incredibly welcoming place. I was greeted immediately by multiple people and everyone happily answered my questions. I was so thrilled with the answer to my question and the friendly service that I purchased and booked services that day. After a brief video call with a medical professional I was cleared for botox, fillers, laser treatments and even weight loss injections. My service was 15 minutes after that. My injection specialist was lovely and it was a very positive consultation and my service was spectacular. Everyone at the front desk from start to finish were so incredibly friendly that I ended up buying additional services and have another appointment next month. It's rare that I'm surprised by exceptional customer service. These guys are so good that I wish I could give them more than five stars. I've already started recommending them to everyone I know!!
