I cannot say enough amazing things about Morgan H at Jack and Jill Aesthetics! She has completely transformed my skin with PRP microneedling — the results have been unreal. My texture is smoother, my skin is glowing, and I feel so much more confident without makeup. She truly takes her time, explains everything thoroughly, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She also does my Botox, and I am obsessed with the results every single time. It’s always natural, refreshed, and never overdone — just the perfect balance. Morgan has such a skilled eye and a gentle touch. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their outcomes. If you’re considering PRP microneedling or Botox, go see Morgan. She is the absolute best, and I wouldn’t trust my face with anyone else! Corlis at the front desk is always such a darling and and is knowledgeable and kind. I’ve been to this establishment before and had a pretty good experience. This particular time I went it was because my husband bought a Groupon for Christmas for me for 3 ultimate facials. I was pretty excited to use it! I needed a good facial. Well my appointment is at 9 am. I show up at 8:40 wait on them to open the door and I go in at about 8:45. The front desk man takes my name, Groupon Info and I’m then seated in the middle waiting room. I can hear workers chit chatting getting ready for the day. No problem. 9:05 rolls around and no one comes and gets me still. Then it’s 9:20. I’m still very patient but still wondering what’s up? Finally a lady with short blonde hair comes and gets me and is kind of in a panic and says come on back. I’m going to take care of you. Don’t worry, I’ve been an esthetician to the stars. No matter to me but I go back and nothing is ready. The room is not ready and she’s being very sweet and trying to get me ready. Mind u it’s about 9:30 this time. I’m finally on the table. I hate it for the lady because she was kind of just thrown in to do it but was clearly flustered or really didn’t know what to do. It was the most unrelaxing and unpleasant facial I ever had and I so tried to just sit there and do it and not complain. Which I didn’t do until I got home and explained all to my husband. She went out of the room about 4 times to get stuff. The music was on something crazy. She even mentioned it. The peels/scrubs/washes were raged and slopped on. She maybe did 5 extractions with her fingers-no tools. I needed way more extractions. I was very confused on the whole thing and more taken aback when the girl told me she doesn’t usually do facials. She works the front desk. It was just bad. Done and dressed at 10:07. What? Umm not anywhere close to the time I was supposed to get. I was never rude to her and she was nice to me, but the whole thing was odd. So I told my husband when I got home. He decided to call and told them. They immediately called me and scolded me for him calling and then basically asked me what was the problem and not nicely. I told him all this stuff. It was like nothing I said mattered. No apology, no let’s fix this, nothing. Turns out my provider called out and they did not even call to reschedule or put me w someone that knew what they were doing. Then the supposed owner gets on the phone and was just as rude. Like I had no right to feel the way I did. I got home and felt so off about it that I thought they needed to know the situation. Nope. Didn’t care. I was told we think you need to go somewhere else. We are refunding the Groupon. What? You just fired me from your establishment? For what? A complaint that was easily fixed? Wow! Ok, so they refunded it back after we basically had to prove to Groupon that they refused service. They were shocked too. So next day I get a refund back from Jack/Jill for my dang tip!! What?? I said no, I wanted that money to go to her. It’s hers. They refused her tip and said no we want all transactions gone. So they refused her tip! Literally stole from the one that they employ. I don’t know if it was because I had a Groupon or what but management and the supposed owner were very unprofessional and impolite. Never had a situation like that-ever! I would steer far from this place. No wonder their never busy and always have to run Groupons. And yes, I took pics because I was so perplexed of the situation. Also was told they don’t do relaxing facials there but it’s on their website! Wow!

Angelica was amazing! I went in not knowing what would be the best option for my skin. She walked me through different types of treatments and helped guide me to the best fit. She was knowledgeable, personable, and tons of fun! She made me feel comfortable and addressed all of my concerns. I would definitely recommend her!

My friend and I visited Jack & Jill Aesthetics for the first time and had such a great experience getting Xeomin injections. The entire team was phenomenal. The space is spotless, warm, and incredibly welcoming from the moment you walk in. Drew made us feel so comfortable right away, and Morgan, our injector, was wonderful, knowledgeable, gentle, and made the whole experience easy and relaxing. I’m so happy I finally found a place I genuinely look forward to coming back to. I can’t wait to explore all they have to offer. I highly recommend Jack & Jill Aesthetics.

Shut the front door! That facial with Angelica was life-changing. I have never preferred a facial to a massage, until now. I'll be booking again as soon as I can. Thank you, Angelica. I can definitely tell you have perfected your craft over the last 20 years. I think it is your calling! You are indeed gifted.
