I had the best experience with Anna! I was honestly pretty nervous going into it, but she immediately made me feel so comfortable. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and honest throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and didn’t proceed with anything until she made sure I felt completely comfortable. Anna did such an amazing job and I’m absolutely in love with the results! I would highly recommend her to anyone and I will definitely be going back to her in the future!!!

JEM Medspa is amazing! Shannon Arias is my nurse injector & she is the best! She takes the time to listen & explain different injection areas & what would be best for me. I trust her so much & I know she will never allow me to over inject or do a procedure I wouldn't need. I highly recommend Shannon!! She is a great nurse!

Beyond her artistic skills, Shannon’s kindness and genuine warmth create an incredibly comfortable atmosphere- she has the biggest heart! I had such an amazing first experience at JEM Med Spa thanks to Suha, the nurse practitioner! She was so kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. She has an incredibly light hand, I barely felt the pokes during my Botox, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She truly gave me such a great impression of the spa for my very first visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their experience. I’m beyond happy and will absolutely be recommending her to everyone I know!!!
