I recently had lip filler for my 1st time with Anna and she did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job, she truly is gifted at what she does. I expressed what I wanted and look I wanted to achieve and she made me look so natural and boosted my confidence. If you're looking for a lip injector , Anna is the one to see! She also did dysport and botox and again, she did an amazing job! 10/10 recommend

My experience at jem med spa has been amazing. Noelle is my injector and she is AMAZING!!! I cannot recommend her enough. She is so educated and knowledgeable, she won’t go past what you can handle even if you ask her to, which lets me know she is very passionate about her work. I just went in for my second round of lip filler, it’s painless and so quick. Noelle walks you through each step and always makes sure you feel comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend noelle for all your filler needs! The facility itself is beautiful & the entire staff is very kind and warm. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed.

These girls were seriously the best! Gianna G. spent so much time understanding my goals, walking me through my options, and creating a plan focused on natural results. She’s so knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely cared for. I’m so excited to see my results in the next couple of weeks! Gianna also introduced me to Diana G., who recommended BBL treatment for my skin goals. She was super sweet, informative, and made me feel confident about the plan. Can’t wait to continue seeing both of them and keep this glow going!

Loved my experience and working with Tanvi! She was incredibly thorough and took the time to really evaluate my skin, not just rush through injections. She also helped and evaluated some other skin concerns I had been having and figured out how to cure it. I never felt pressured, just genuinely cared for and we’ve even set up a regime / schedule to get me prepped for my wedding. The results look natural and refreshed, and I left feeling more confident and informed about my skin overall. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, thoughtful, and results-driven.

I love JEM. I cannot rave about the staff, the environment, the services, the follow-ups, the products, etc., enough. I have been extremely cautious about which medspas I go to anymore after a few horror stories I won't go into detail about (obvi with other companies), but since going to JEM, I've put all that behind me. I have been at both Orland Park & Elmhurst, love them both, but this review is specifically for @Diana at the Elmhurst location. She's given me chemical peels, which I enjoyed doing with her, but we're currently working through the MOXI Elite laser series, which I've never done before. Not only is she very conscious of how I'm reacting to the treatment, but she has this vibe about her that makes me feel so welcome every time I come in. Sometimes I just feel so blah & icky before my appointments, but she has a way of perking me up & getting me excited. That's how I'm feeling when I leave. How can you beat that? I live in Chicago, so it takes me a little bit to get to this location, & yet she's been incredibly patient & forgiving on days I was behind schedule. She probably has so many clients, yet she takes her time to hear me out and communicate. You can tell she loves what she does. I appreciate her so much & recommend her to anyone seeking out treatments she specializes in. Thank you, Diana & the rest of the JEM staff for making me feel beautiful inside & out. See you soon!
