I had such a great experience at Jem Med Spa, especially with Emily. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel completely comfortable and heard. She was incredibly caring, professional, and so easy to talk to, which really helped calm my nerves. Emily took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the process before starting. My lips turned out beautiful and natural, exactly what I was hoping for. You can truly tell she cares about her clients and her work. I highly recommend Emily to anyone considering lip filler — you’ll be in the best hands.

I had such an amazing experience at this med spa! From the moment I walked in, Karina at the front desk was incredibly helpful and super friendly. She made me feel so welcomed. Lina did my Diamond Glow facial and WOW… my skin has never looked better. She’s skilled, gentle, and truly knows what she’s doing. Emily did my injections and she always leads me in the right direction. My lips are absolutely flawless even after it has been a while since I had them redone. She is so gentle and makes you feel comfortable through the whole process. She goes above and beyond for her clients and it really shows. I am looking forward to seeing her again soon! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality service and a great experience from start to finish.

Loved my experience at JEM today. Everyone there is so friendly and professional. I received sculptra from Emily and I can’t say enough good things about her! Very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what I should get done and so nice! Highly recommend Emily and JEM.
