I completed a wellness consult today with Alexandra that included a full lab panel and hormone review, and couldn’t be more impressed. The consult was extremely informative and educational, with a focus on my longevity and my preventative care. She broke down complex lab results in a clear, easy-to-understand way and offered personalized recommendations including supplements, lifestyle changes, hormones, and peptides. Everything felt intentional and tailored to my concerns and health. Alexandra is an exceptional practitioner! After reviewing my issues and concerns, she set up a well thought out plan to address each one. She went in depth explaining the findings of my bloodwork and my symptoms which were never investigated by my primary physician. I look forward to seeing her again and feeling my best!
