I had the absolute pleasure of getting Dysport and my very first lip filler with Ashley, and I cannot say enough amazing things about her and the entire team! She was recommended to me by a friend, and wow she exceeded every single expectation. Ashley is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, gentle, and genuinely sweet. Being my first time doing lip filler, I was a little nervous, but she made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything thoroughly, and the results are perfection. She’s officially stuck with me now! I also loved chatting with the owner…such a warm, welcoming woman. The whole place has such a unique, inviting vibe. And of course… the little puppy mascot absolutely won my heart! The cutest welcome committee ever. Highly recommend this team. They’ve earned a loyal client!

What an amazing place! Warm and engaging, the clothes are quality and grown-up! Joanne recommends what’s best for you, not what’s best for her business. Ashley did beautiful injectables on my bride. She is thorough and not at all pushy. Very warm and engaging, and they will do touch-ups on your face for free! I am surprised and impressed by this little gem in the barn Plaza shopping center!

So I’m not sure how or why this place has straight 5 stars. They might’ve legit clients or possible family and friends relative with giving absolute great reviews and stories. But I have zero none whatsoever relate to any workers in this spa. So I’m here definitely legit real people with real experience. So I called today around almost 4pm (more exactly was 3:53pm). The tone of the lady who answered the phone first of all not friendly to be answering phone calls. She didn’t say her name or I didn’t hear her name. But if someone reads this reviews and be honest to their coworkers she can tell them that was her that answered my call. So I asked her if there’s deposit required as I read on the bottom from their page where it said that (see pic) and she was “what? I don’t understand” so I repeat myself and I’m not sure if my accent she didn’t gets it or she didn’t completely hear me good. But I already didnt like her impatient with me. So I skipped that question about deposit requirement then I asked her next question “is consultation free?” Because I wanted to consult about removing or fading my sunspot, acne spots from my face. She answered with “yes consultation is free and we don’t do removing or fading acne spots here” I answered with “ah ok good to know thank you” and click I hung up the phone with in my mind thinking what was that??? And who was that? Clearly their page saying the treating acne treatments (see pic) I really didn’t feel and the needs to asked whoever was on that phone about their website. I don’t think if I do proceed with their treatment I will feel welcoming and comfortable with that type of customer service. Unbelievable lol.

Nicole is the best!!! I started seeing her for the acne boot camp and over the 3 months i saw such a difference in my skin, she had introduced me to a handful of new skincare products but for me (a skin picker) my favorite product has to be the clear spot patches….LOVE THEM! I can thank Nicole for helping boost my confidence with brighter and clearer skin:) if your having trouble with your acne and feel like you’ve tried everything i definitely recommend Nicole 😆

Joann Nicole and Michelle have been so wonderful they have become like an extended family. Facials are flawless and the clothes and accessories are just wonderful. My favorite place to shop.
