The keep Glowing Med Spa, provides phenomenal care for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). The entire crew is fantastic, and the doctor is exceptionally knowledgeable and clever. From my first visit, the doctor was incredibly accurate and precise about every detail of my health and the proposed treatment plan. I felt completely informed and comfortable with the personalized approach they designed for me. What truly sets them apart is their outstanding follow-up care. They keep contacting me to check in on my progress, which really shows they care about my well-being beyond the appointment. I’ve been going to this medical spa for a couple of years for weight loss treatments and hormone therapy, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is professional, supportive, and truly knowledgeable. Linda, the manager, is absolutely amazing — she goes above and beyond every time. I’ve never received such great customer service anywhere else. She genuinely cares and it shows. The clinic is always clean and welcoming, and every visit is a great experience. I’ve recommended this place to several friends and will keep doing so. If you’re considering hormone therapy, or a medical weight loss program, I highly recommend this spa

I am not one to usually write a review but I just had to after coming here. The staff is beyond welcoming and friendly . Nicole the nurse practitioner was beyond thorough and took her time. She discussed every concern that I had and really listened to what I was telling her . With her expertise she made some great recommendations that I felt very comfortable taking. She is very friendly and approachable. I will definitely be coming back and letting family and friends know about her!

I went for the 14 week weight loss program and it was great I managed to lose the weight I wanted too but the reason I am giving one star is solely because I feel like this med spa did not care about me as a patient and only cared about money. I expressed to Dr Ellis my concerns about going on meds to lose weight and he reassure me that once my bloodwork came in he would review everything with me first. They ordered the meds before my bloodwork came in how did they even know I was ok to go on semaglutide? And the Dr didn’t go over anything with me I never saw or heard from him again, I saw the nurse next who injected the first shot and she rushed the entire appt every time I had a question she would say “ok have a good day” and walk towards the door like hello I have more questions, I’m new to this. I asked for my blood report and she made it super sketchy for me to get it and the print out report looked sketchy too. I asked her why the meds said “med vet” (I googled it, it comes from a Veterinary pharmacy in Ohio) and she simply stated it’s because it a compound. Ok whatever I still took the meds bc I already paid and I knew I wasn’t gonna get any money back. And to add to that they gave me the meds for $1000 bc it was a “Mother’s Day special” and the manager told me to not tell anyone (weird) Throughout my entire process not one person from the office called to check in on me since being on the meds. I saw the nurse again via virtual visit and it was fine at that point I didn’t really care. I really didn’t care to make another appt after. Because I felt like they were not genuine But besides that the meds they gave did help me and thankfully I had no bad side effects. I will give them a five star for that. They should really work on their patient/provider communication. I feel like they only care about their “rich looking patients” over all this place made me feel like it was super sketchy and I don’t think I will be going back or refer anyone to them. I’m payin good money I expect the service provider to at least show they care.
