I have had a wonderful experience with Gina at Klar Spa! She is incredibly knowledgeable, and listened to my skin concerns and answered all questions thoroughly. She is very professional, and you can tell she loves what she does. Gina recommended great products that have helped calm and hydrate my sensitive skin. She took the time to send me a detailed step by step routine and I let her know I’m traveling and she sent a routine for when I travel as well which is so helpful to have. I truly felt cared for and relaxed during my facial treatment. Highly recommend!

I recently had an incredible experience at Klar Spa Studio for a friend's birthday group outing. I had a facial with Jenny and cannot recommend her highly enough. Jenny is exceptionally knowledgeable and explained every part of the process step-by-step. It was more than just a treatment; it was an education on skincare. She is a true professional who clearly understands ingredients and techniques. The results were outstanding. I came with my friend a weekday before CNY. Jenny helped me. We both chose the korean scalp massage. It was so gentle and yet firm. She did the scalp massage first then spent another long time doing my facial. It wa so relaxing, I think I feel asleep. When she finished after two hours, she carefully explained what she did and show me the product she used. My friend said I looked a lot better. I wish I lived closer. Thank you Jenny.

I recently had a lash lift and tint with Gina, and she did a phenomenal job! It was my first time doing anything to my eyelashes, so I was nervous, but Gina and Teddi were incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, and put me completely at ease. The results were amazing, and the atmosphere was so relaxing and comfortable.

I came into town for a short period of time and decided to get a facial. I had Gina and chose the Clinical Plus with scalp massage and dermaplaning. The space is small but cozy, and the experience was relaxing and effective. Gina was very attentive and intentional throughout. There were no extractions, which I kind of expected after reading other reviews, but it’s clear they focus more on noninvasive skincare—something to keep in mind when booking. That said, the immediate results were great—my skin felt insanely hydrated and glowy. Gina didn’t push products at all, but the results were convincing enough that I decided to purchase a serum. She also gave me a shampoo sample for my dry scalp, which worked really well on the first try. I’m excited to see how both work over time. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely go back.
