My review is long, so if you don’t read the whole thing, here’s what you absolutely need to know: - Shaina is an incredible Medical Aesthetician. She is highly skilled, caring, & extremely detail-oriented. - She explains everything clearly, checks in on comfort, & genuinely follows up after services. - Treatments I received: VI Precision Plus Chemical Peel + Dermaplane. I really saw great results & a reduction in my acne after just one peel. - KMC MedSpa’s membership program is a true value (rare in the industry) & has perks for nearly all the services on their menu. Now for the long version! I found KMC MedSpa’s Park Place location through the SkinBetter website when I was desperately searching for somewhere in the city that sold their Clearing Serum in-store. I called & was thrilled to learn they carried it! Even though they were closing in 20 minutes, the sweet receptionist told me it was no problem & that she’d have it ready for me when I arrived. When I walked in, I immediately felt welcomed, & the environment was very polished. The receptionist was extremely friendly & didn’t rush me at all as I looked at more of the SB products. When I was checking out, I noticed their monthly membership offer & actually couldn’t believe what a great deal it was. A lot of spas try to offer memberships, but they rarely end up being the money-saving deals they claim to be. What KMC MedSpa offers is completely different. I had zero hesitation signing up & haven’t regretted it once! The perks are fantastic, & the membership truly encompasses almost all the services they offer. I’ve received a VI Precision Plus chemical peel & dermaplane from their Medical Aesthetician, Shaina, & wow. As someone who is a licensed aesthetician myself & has received more treatments than I can count, it’s sometimes hard for me to turn my brain off during services. I usually find myself wondering if the provider is doing things the way I would. But I NEVER had a single thought like that while I was on Shaina’s table! She was absolutely amazing & did a fantastic job. Not only was she incredibly sweet & attentive during my service, but she also took the time to explain what she was doing & involve me in the treatment. Now for the actual treatment. Shaina’s extractions were flawless & as painless as extractions can be. As someone with reactive skin that hyperpigments easily, I was shocked to see no signs of irritation from any of the extraction sites. She was extremely detailed during my dermaplane, making sure not a spot was missed on my face. During the peel itself, she consistently checked in on my comfort level & let me know what level we were on. She also went over the aftercare for the peel in detail, somehow thorough but not overwhelming. VI Peels already have an easy-to-follow aftercare system, but she somehow made it even clearer & simpler. Another thing I love about seeing Shaina is that when she says she’ll follow up, she actually does! She genuinely wants to know how my skin is doing, how it’s looking, & whether I’m happy with my results. I would highly recommend Shaina at KMC MedSpa Park Place to anyone looking for an experienced aesthetician who truly cares about her clients & provides the best service possible! I will be back for many more treatments! She is truly a hidden gem in this city, but deserves to booked solid for how great she is!

Very good experience with Shaina. She was very informative, kind, and took extra time to answer my questions. She is willing to help recommend skincare products customized for the individual, but it doesn’t feel like a sales pitch.

Shaina is fantastic! Every appointment she takes her time and gives the best service. She shares her knowledge of each procedure and recommends products that work best for my skin.Typically, I get samples of products to try before purchasing. I love every facial and product that I have ever purchased! She even recommended a tinted sunscreen for my husband that he uses daily! I have been seeing her monthly for over a year.
