I had a Cool Peel Laser treatment with Kaylene and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable. We did a thorough consultation beforehand so I knew exactly what to expect, and she even checked on me afterward, which really shows how much she cares about her clients. The spa itself is beautiful—so aesthetically pleasing, spotless, and calming. Overall, the experience felt thoughtful, safe, and personalized. I highly recommend Kaylene and will absolutely be back!
LOVED my experience at Laguna! The ladies here go above and beyond. When I first called, Kelsey was so gracious and answered all my questions. She took the time to get to know me and truly cared. She even followed up with a sweet text, telling me to enjoy my time in the mountains- just a sweetheart. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by both Cati and Kelsey. Kelsey remembered me and my skin care needs, filling me in on possible options and products which was so considerate. Cati is the hostess with the mostess! Unbelievably attentive and hospitable. As soon as I walked in, she took great care of me- offering me a drink, a snack, and asking if she could get me anything else. Then when I went back for my facial, I immediately hit it off with Jazmine. She is so fun, such a travel bug, and gave me expert advice on my skin. She truly cared and offered me tips to save on products since I was using a lot of the same ones. She also gave me the BEST hydrafacial I’ve ever had! Jazmine was graceful in her technique, sensitive to my skin, and gave a killer neck massage. All three gals are dynamite and have created a Laguna lifer out of me. I haven’t met everyone else yet, but it will be hard to top these ladies. They are the ultimate trifecta!
It was my first time ever walking into a MedSpa and also receiving a treatment. Laguna MedSpa was such an inviting place when you walk in. The girls at the front desk were very friendly. Kaylene was my injector and she made me feel SO comfortable. She was also very thorough in describing how the treatment worked. She explained everything in detail. I felt like I was receiving my treatment by someone who had a passion for what they do as well as the care. After two weeks I can say the results of my Botox treatment are amazingggg!!! If you are considering any treatment or wanting to try a new MedSpa, Kaylene and the girls at Laguna MedSpa not only make you feel beautiful, but make you feel confident in choosing them.
