I have never had Botox so I was super nervous and I wasn’t sure I would even get it. But after sitting with her a few minutes, I felt safe with Marena Otero and I felt like she really knows what she’s doing. I’m excited to see the results of my brow lift here in the next 2 days to 2 weeks. Marena is super professional and caring and I would recommend her to anyone.

My experience at Med Spa was amazing. Marina is an exceptional technician. She is very knowledgeable about everything aspect of the DERMA Fill procedure. All my questions were answered in a very professional manner and relieved my apprehensions of the process. Marina explained the process step by step, consistently checking in on me. Her explanations of what I should expect were point on—even the timeframe. She’s amazing! I HIGHLY recommend Marina if you are considering the DERMA Fill procedure. I am so pleased with the results.

Marena is an expert at regenerative esthetics! I go to her for prp treatments because I had some horrible scars on my lips and on my face from a terrible car accident. She is the only injector around that expertly knows how to inject your lips with prp, around the lips, under the eyes and the entire face. She can do subcision to either break up scars, lumps from bad filler or simply to increase collagen. She honestly does whatever it takes to do the best job and go above and beyond. She made my under eyes look like I am in my 20’s again (with the leftover prp). She has fixed the mistakes that other med spas caused. Her placement of xeomin/dysport or botox is literally spot on and it saves you money to have it injected in the right places. She can also give you a really nice brow lift if you like that look. I love my lips again now that she has fixed them. And based on her injecting skills with the lips I know her lip filler would be absolutely beautiful and she is the only one I would ever trust with filler (I had a bad experience with 3 other places in Las Cruces). Anyway, I highly recommend you try prp if you want a really subtle lip plump and to fill in the under eye area if you are weary of filler. Her prp machine yields much higher quality prp then many other cheaper devices that so many med spas use. The other amazing thing about Marena is that she takes her time with you and truly cares about your procedure. She will listen to you and know exactly what you want and then execute it perfectly. Every other med spa has you in and out as soon as they can and do not seem to have the same quality work ethic nor the very nice bedside manners that Marena has. I have noticed that her taking the time to listen to you and taking her time to work her esthetic artistry produces a way better result then someone who is trying to hurry up and get you out the door. It is a night and day difference to have someone with ALL of her skills and patience. You won’t be disappointed if you go see her for all your med spa needs (she is at Posh nail spa by appointment only).

Lip filler! Marena made me feel comfortable and secure from the get go. Super professional and knowledgeable. I definitely do recommend her, I love my lips!! 👄😍
