I always have a very positive experience at Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York. The office staff is pleasant, professional, and polite. The office is well run, clean, and comfortable. I am always taken on time. I love Dr Bernstein! He explains everything in a cheerful and reassuring manner and has made amazing progress removing a birthmark that is very close to my eye. I highly recommend this office!
I had a really great experience at this dermatology office from the start. Dr. Seidenberg and the whole team are super warm, professional, and really knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken good care of. The front desk staff is friendly and pretty quick, so checking in wasn’t stressful at all. Dr. Seidenberg took time to listen to all my concerns and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Their attention to detail made me feel at ease, and the exam was thorough but also gentle. I never felt rushed, which I really appreciate. The office is very clean and feels modern, and everything seemed really organized, which honestly made me feel even more comfortable. I also liked that they followed up with me after my visit because it shows they really care. I’m honestly so glad I found this dermatology office, and I definitely recommend Dr. Seidenberg and the whole team to anyone looking for caring service and great results.
I love my dermatologist, Dr Anolik, not just because he’s extremely good at what he does, but also because he’s a nice, kind person whom I feel I can trust. I get Botox and fillers from him. I walk in looking old and walk out looking almost young, which I view as a miracle. In addition his office is fun to visit. The nurses are great and an as extra—but important perk—they’ll give you coffee and a snack. I highly recommend.
Dr. Susan Seo is absolutely great as well as the rest of the staff that helped me up until my checkup(All Smiles)! She was very good at explaining my diagnoses and led me to feel comfortable to ask questions and understand my treatment. Would 100% recommend!
Dr. Bae is amazing, so brilliant and excellent at the MOHS surgery. Michelle, the lab tech was painless and expert at giving the lidocaine shots. The experience was effortless and successful. Dr. Hoffman did a fantastic job with the plastic surgery and I felt so taken care of during my time at the Surgery Center.
