Adrianna & Jessica at the front desk were both amazing! Truthfully, I have been looking into hair removal for years so I am so excited to have finally committed & honestly I would not have done that if these ladies had not been so warm & welcoming in making me feel like it’s truly a good investment for which I completely deserve. They even gave me a free trial appointment to put my fears at ease as I was concerned about the pain! Annie was my nurse & she was so sweet & very informative & even the nurse practitioner whom had a call with me to clear me for my trial appointment was friendly & happy for me! Ultimately I committed to 5 areas after my trial & I really feel like this experience will change my life because I happen to have very thick body hair as I am biracial & it has always made me feel a bit self conscious. Waxing was always a pain, literally & physically so while I know this may not be the most comfortably feeling experience I am so excited to take this journey & I know I never would have committed without Adrianna, Jessica & Annie. Also the support of my wonderful spouse who held my sweaty hand through this process! I look forward to updating my review as time goes on, my first treatment is already scheduled.

I scheduled a tattoo removal appointment at the Baltimore location because it was the only site with availability on the day I needed. I'm glad they did because Jessica made me feel welcome and made every effort to fit me in earlier if a technician became available. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and water while the numbing cream took effect. The technician, Katie, communicated clearly throughout and applied the bandage with care. I only wish I didn't have to pay for parking nearby but I would gladly do it again. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

My experience here has been incredible! From the great results, to the staff always going above and beyond and beyond and it’s truly a safe space to all. I’ve been working Katie, and she is an absolute gem. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ladies, you are amazing! Thank you 🖤🖤🖤

Awesome spot! I’ve been going for tattoo removal and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Katie has been doing my treatments, and she’s absolutely lovely. She’s knowledgeable and cares about making the process as comfortable as possible. Tattoo removal isn’t the most pleasant experience, but Katie’s calm and friendly presence makes a huge difference. She explains everything clearly, checks in on how I’m feeling, and is always upbeat and professional. If you’re thinking about laser tattoo removal, I highly recommend this location.

I had my first laser hair removal experience here and it was amazing! It was not painful at all, which I was a little nervous about going in. The service was excellent, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming—they really made me feel comfortable. Overall, such a great experience. I will definitely be coming back for more procedures!
