Loved my experience at LaserAway Ala Moana! Anela and Karina were especially amazing so sweet and easy to talk story with, and always gave clear instructions. The whole staff and front desk team are super friendly as well! Good vibes all around! I just finished my 8 bikini/arm pit treatment (which I had gotten for “free” (arm pits) included in my bikini package). She’s not completely bald still shaving as needed, but there’s definitely less hair and it grows back slower and it unevenly which shows me it’s worked! I’m blonde so I know lighter hair doesn’t respond as much, so I’m quite happy with my results 🤍

This is my first time doing laser hair removal and the nurses at the Honolulu location do not disappoint. I would like to especially recognize ANELA for being the GREATEST and I really appreciate that she’s a local girl 💗! I always ask her where she has been all my life! She’s truly the best and I request her for all my treatments even my facials. She always goes above and beyond to ensure that my services are top notch. I absolutely love how personable she is! So friendly and bubbly without sacrificing professionalism. She takes her time and is through and makes sure I feel comfortable every step of the way. I keep coming back for her. I truly hope everyone gets the chance to experience having Anela as their nurse. I also wanted to thank Lola (from the San Diego location)for helping me get the best deal and packages! If it’s not Lola then you’re not getting a deal!

Taking a moment to leave a five star review for the employees ( Bailee & Alexis) of Laser away (Ala Moana). As a Wellness & Medspa owner myself I try to only support local owned business's that may not provide services we do but I decided that I really wanted a laser that was up to date with the best of the best - because SO much has changed over the years in this industry I knew that Laser away carried machines I trusted. When I got there I was even more confident when I met Bailee & Alexis, they (Laser away) should hold on to those girls as employees matter! They were knowledgeable, kind and made my laser hair removal a breeze! Watch out, I may just have to buy those machines now. ;) Anyhow... 5 stars for those girls! Thank you for making my experience awesome. They are lucky to have you both! Tamara, DRIP HAWAII

I had a good first impression of this clinic. I came at the right time so I was the only one there. Got signed up for laser hair removal followed by my first treatment. Receptionist, Bailey, was very helpful and nurse, Lizzy, did a thorough treatment. I was able to schedule my next 2 treatments with no problem. I’m looking forward to excellent results!

Excellent experience from consultation to treatment. It all started with a friendly and informational conversation with Melanie that directed me to the best laser hair removal package. Im pretty sure we are friends now :P. When I have my appointments with Kelsy I get nervous but she checks in with me every section to make sure I’m comfortable. She does an amazing job and very thorough! Communicates really well and makes sure everything is safe. I will be rebooking with her every time! Then when it comes to checking in and rebooking Bailey and Eliza have been such a delight. Love this location.
