My first laser hair appointment and it did not disappoint! Nurse Lauren was so amazing and nice with the way she talked me through the treatment. All the girls up front were so nice. The entire vibe and energy of the LA staff was on point! 10/10 would recommend!

This place has great service. I followed GPS and got lost as the pin was a bit off. I arrived a little before opening so I called as I could not find them. The associate on the phone took the time to call the local store and when didnt get them she came back to the line pulled up maps and found what was close by and stayed on the phone and navigated me there. At this point I knew I was in good hands. I was checked in by Lilly who was pleasant answered my questions and was good company.. Then Lauren got me all comfy and talked me through the process and was equally as friendly as lilly.. she offered me additional services which then was introduced to Alisha who explained everything on pricing. The experience I thought it was gonna be more painful than it was but the numbing cream helped I believe. Through the process I was asked how I was feeling and rated pain tolerance level and had some great conversation. Lauren was professional and you can tell she loved what she did. Not sure how long it lasted cause we had such a fun time. I was relaxed. After treatment I was given post treatment instructions and set up on my next appointment. The spa itself. 😍 Very clean and organized. It smelt amazing in there. The surfaces was well kept and maintain. U could honestly do a photoshoot there. The ambiance was set with great vibe music and idk what the fragrance was but I need it for my house. Period. Overall great experience there and looking forward for more treatment. Thanks yall for being great.

Morgan was absolutely amazing and made me feel soooo comfortable for my very first time getting laser hair removal. The other ladies in the office were also super friendly and helpful (I just did not catch their names!) and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them for hair removal needs and more than likely their other services as well. Thank you!! Lauren was also amazing!!

Choosing LaserAway for my laser hair removal has been a very positive experience. Morgan is really good at what she does! She's knowledgeable and kind,It's a great feeling to know my treatments are being done by a medical professional. All the staff have been welcoming. Top tier service! first time at this location (just moved from out of state), can't say enough good things! it's always been quick and easy but Lauren asked me how my treatment had been going and actually looked into it when i said i wasn't quite sure i was seeing the results i should at this point in the process. apparently, my laser intensity setting was wayyyy down, esp compared to my own pain tolerance. she turned it up to where i actually felt like it was doing something (while obv still checking in to make sure i was comfortable), and was way more thorough than the other location while still being virtually just as quick. my confidence in the service has been restored after visiting this location and having Lauren as a tech.
