This review is long overdue. My first experience at Legacy Med Spa was the head spa, and honestly—it was divine. From the massage chair to the scalp massage, treatments, and facial, everything felt incredibly relaxing and thoughtful. It was one of those experiences where you truly shut your brain off and just enjoy being taken care of. My next visits were with Angie, and she was absolutely fantastic. Angie and Katie work so well together—you can really feel the teamwork and how well they communicate, not only with each other but with you. They actually listen to what you want to achieve and take the time to talk through options and expectations, which I really appreciate. Angie took amazing care of me. I loved the follow-ups and the attention to detail throughout the entire process. You can tell they genuinely care about doing things carefully and correctly, not rushing or overselling anything. Overall, my experience has been nothing but great. Legacy Med Spa has honestly become my favorite spa in Sioux Falls. The team is warm, professional, and very knowledgeable. The spa itself is beautiful—cozy, calming, and so pleasant to be in. And yes, the heated blankets and all the little pampering touches make such a difference. I truly can’t recommend Legacy Med Spa enough. I only have great things to say about the entire team and my experiences there. The best med spa in the Sioux Falls area!

Overall I enjoyed my experience at Legacy Med Spa. I received The Deluxe Head Spa Package. With that said, my four star review is because I don't feel the package was properly advertised for what you pay for. As written on their website, this package includes a "relaxing neck and shoulder rub to melt away tension." I did not receive this, but I assume this box is checked by the massage chair you sit in while receiving the service. While the massage chair is nice, it did not provide the neck and shoulder rub I was expecting. Additionally, they also advertise this package includes a "gentle blow dry". I assumed the word "gentle" referred more to how relaxing the blow dry would be and not for how short it would be. The lady spent maybe two minutes drying my forehead hairline and then sent me on my way with my hair still dripping wet. I also wish she would have played more relaxing music, but I put that on myself for not saying something about it. The head spa and mini facial itself was very nice and felt wonderful, but I was overall underwhelm with what I received and paid for and what I was expecting based on how they advertised this package. I also don't feel the "Scalp Analysis" was really worth the additional $10. It was fun to see my scalp up close, but let me save you $10, just google it.

Katie and Ang were both fantastic!!! They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the entire time during my appointment. They are so easy to talk to and clearly know their stuff! I have also done a couple of head spas with Malea and those are SO relaxing! I highly recommend Legacy Med Spa!

I want to thank Angela so much for her sweetness when I come to see her. I appreciate her ability to make me feel comfortable while sitting in the chair. I love my non gummy lip, to! She's helped me so much with my skin and confidence ❤️

My wife bought a "Men Do it Too!" package for my birthday. It felt amazing! 10/10 highly recommend! If I had to describe it, It's like the best scalp massage/wash you've ever had at a salon, but you're laying in a comfortable massage chair in a quiet room, and it lasts 45 minutes.
