Gretchen is not very experienced with Botox and other injectables. I have had Botox done by other practitioners in the past, and Gretchen's technique is definitely lacking some finesse and expertise. First, she did a lip flip for me, and she said that would help with my gummy smile. Then when it didn't, she gave me more units in the lip area, which didn't do much of anything other than make it impossible to really eat or drink without dribbling all the time. SHE WAS COMPLETELY MISSING THE APPROPRIATE INJECTION SITE for a gummy smile which should have been further up from the lip (I only found this out after doing some research and finally having it done correctly by a really amazing practitioner in Bozeman). She also caused me bruising a few times which none of my prior practitioners have ever done. Her injection technique also caused me more pain than any other practitioner. I totally understand that everyone has to start somewhere, but frankly it's irresponsible to be giving Botox if you don't really know what you're doing.

Gretchen is amazing! She looks at my face and recommends injections that make me look and feel fabulous while staying within my budget. She’s fast and no nonsense so I can fit it into my busy schedule while still being friendly and personable. She does it all. Highly recommend.
