I had such a great experience with Sarah at Lorton Med Spa. This was my first time getting lip filler and I specifically wanted to keep my natural lip shape and just add subtle volume. She absolutely delivered. She really listened to what I was asking for and enhanced my lips without changing what makes them mine. The results are fuller, balanced, and still completely natural-looking. Her technique is gentle, precise, and clearly very skilled. I felt comfortable the entire appointment and never pressured to go bigger than I wanted. I’m so happy with the outcome and will definitely be back to see her! I was a little nervous going in, but Summer at reception made the whole experience so fun and welcoming that I honestly almost forgot about my nerves. The atmosphere in the spa is beautiful, calming, and professional. It feels elevated but still comfortable. From start to finish, it was such a positive experience. I highly recommend!

A few days ago, I treated my mom and I for a facial. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Lauren and Summer. Lauren had taken really good care of my mother and I. She provided great information for both of us and had reduced my fears of going in general. Prior to going, I was a bit self-conscious of my skin, but now I feel a bit more confident with the suggested products to use for my skin. My skin feels so much better. Lauren is super knowledgeable and answers all the questions with clarity, and breaks it down into simplest forms if need be. She really made a difference of my skin and I feel better. My skin is still nice and fresh, even just days later. My mom and I will definitely be going back!!! Such a great place with even better staffing! Thanks for taking care of us Lorton Medical Spa!

I went in for lip filler and had such an amazing experience with Sarah. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I was feeling a little anxious beforehand, but she took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. The office is spotless and welcoming, and the receptionist is so warm and friendly. I absolutely love my results and couldn’t be happier with my experience. I highly recommend them!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Lorton Med Spa! From the moment I walked in, Lauren was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. The spa itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, giving a very relaxing atmosphere. Scheduling was super easy and flexible, which I really appreciated with my busy calendar. Lauren is knowledgeable and professional, and it’s clear she truly cares about her clients. I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of—I’ll definitely be coming back!
