I’ve been going to see Austyn for at least 2 years now for Botox! She is beyond explanatory and does a fantastic job helping you strategize how to achieve whatever you’re aiming for! I think the world of aesthetics and skincare can often feel a bit intimidating or “exclusive”. However that is not the case any time I go to Lumia MedSpa. I feel like a friend and have never felt any pressure or judgement. I’ve had lip filler, botox and more recently microneedling here and both Austyn and Olivia are very knowledgeable and great to work with! I highly recommend Lumia Medspa if you’re looking for a friendly, well informed, reasonably priced location for all your skincare needs!
Absolutely amazing experience every time. Everyone is warm and welcoming. Austyn is incredibly educated and always explains things in a way that is easy to understand.I never feel pressured to get more services or to book more appointments, but their amazing service always has me coming back. I will always recommend coming to Lumia. Whether you’re feeling low and need some “me time” or want to address specific things, you’re always in good hands and will leave feeling beautiful inside and out.
I loved going to Lumia for my first lip filler/lip flip with Austyn! She made me feel so comfortable and calm the entire time, and it was fun getting to chat while talking through my goals. The pricing was great, and I am absolutely obsessed with my results. I couldn’t be happier!
