I never felt rushed or “sold to” she thoughtfully suggested what was best for my skin, which I truly appreciated. She did an incredible job with my Moxi treatment. I felt completely confident in her knowledge and technique, and she made the whole experience comfortable and reassuring. Rachel has the perfect balance of being both personal and professional warm, kind, and attentive while still extremely skilled and informative. Everyone I interacted with at Lux was fabulous, and the entire experience felt elevated and welcoming.

I had a consultation with Katelyn and she was incredibly helpful. She listened to all of my concerns and prioritized wishes, then made recommendations based on our conversation. While deciding on proceeding with in-spa services, I purchased new products from their skincare line that’s created by two of their dermatologists. In just a few days I’ve already noticed an incredible change and have never before felt this confident in my skin. Highly recommend visiting and checking out their services + skincare!

I went to LUX today for another Hydrafacial and saw Olivia. She was such a GEM! So kind and extremely knowledgeable. She loves her profession and working at LUX which says so much about the environment. Everyone is friendly and helpful. You never feel pushed into products either. Just genuine care and respect for your skin! Highly recommend LUX and Olivia!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with LUX Medical Spa, and I cannot say enough positive things about the entire team. From the moment I made contact, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Dr. Weineger provided my consultation and was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to speak with me thoroughly, answered my questions with clarity, and truly made me feel comfortable and confident in myself and in the process. His bedside manner is exceptional, and I never once felt rushed or dismissed. He is 100% transparent with no fluff. Michelle was prompt in returning my phone calls, incredibly sweet, and always professional. Her responsiveness and kindness made the entire experience smooth and reassuring from the very beginning. Racheal truly went above and beyond. She took extra time to talk with me, answer my questions, and help me feel better about myself. Her compassion and encouragement meant more to me than she probably realizes. The facility itself is absolutely gorgeous— I would say sorta” state of the art “in my opinion. spotless, modern, and very welcoming. You can tell immediately that cleanliness and attention to detail are a priority. Every staff member I encountered was happy, smiling, and genuinely pleasant, which speaks volumes about the environment they work in.. They sent me a hand written THANK YOU note card thanking me for my business. With all the patients/clients that they see and they took the time to hand write a thank you card, this speaks volumes times 10. I am scheduled to have fat grafting done with LUX soon, and based on my experience so far, I feel confident and excited moving forward. I highly recommend LUX Medical Spa to anyone looking for professionalism, expertise, and a team that truly cares about their patients.
