I have struggled with my scalp all of my life.. today having a Japanese scalp massage was life changing. Grace is so talented. She shows you pre and post treatment of your scalp, is knowledgeable, and makes recommendations based off of past scalp experiences. She was able to show me exactly what the dryness looked like. It was one of the most relaxing experiences that I have ever had. I will be returning for not only another scalp massage but also looking into other services. Truly the best place to be pampered.

I have had many massages in my lifetime but I have never felt this good for so long after my massage. It was so relaxing and the environment lux has created makes the experience that much more enjoyable. Everything was high end and glamorous. I will definitely be back and anyone who is uncertain if it’s worth it; trust me you will not regret pampering yourself at lux!

My first visit to them via a Christmas gift card, but the facility was gorgeous, the staff were extremely warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I’ve had several previous massages at other facilities, but none of the other people went above & beyond like Ms. Naomi! She & I swapped advice, & when I told her about my plantar fasciitis during my 60min. massage, she gave my feet lots of extra love, which was so appreciated!! Lovely, considerate and professional young lady, great company.

Received a gift certificate for Christmas from my daughter, she is a current customer there, and the service did not disappoint. I had dermaplaning facial done, Steven is great. He explained the procedure and kept me informed of each step along the way. I started the facial cleansing and finishing products. I also enrolled in the monthly facial program, nice program because you can choose which type of facial you may want each month. Staff is very friendly, check out all the products they have to offer.

Crystal has built a great business in a gorgeous environment. She’s well educated, does her research, chooses equipment, procedures and products wisely and communicates her knowledge to her customers thoroughly. Her staff are polite and welcoming and Abby is the best!!!
