0/10 recommend, rude, unprofessional, on her phone when I came in and didn’t get off until she finished her personal call. Mind you I tried calling her 4 times and the line was busy. No staff and frankly, it looks like a front business a random lady cobbled together.

I purchased a Groupon for 30 units of Dysport. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist asked me what I wanted to have done. Mind you, I had been there a year prior and did the exact same thing with 30 units. She told me that the doctor would not do the procedure that I had the last time for just 30 units. She said 30 units wasn’t enough. She hasn’t seen my face and she’s already trying to “upsell” the experience. Absolutely the worst telephone manner and if anything, she should’ve made the appointment and let me speak with the Doctor (or whoever) administering the Dysport. I hate the upsell bullshit before anyone has even taken a look at you. Clearly, they’re using Groupon as a lure to get you in there ( which I understand) but let me get in the place before you start trying “sell” me.

Lovely place, I had an appointment for my lips. The staff took care of me right away, numb me after appt check in. The lady doing my fillers was very informative on the procedure, difference in fillers and her recommendations. She was very careful in explaining after care making sure I understood how to massage my lips. I would definitely come back.

I have been going to the MedSpa for almost 2 years for a carbon laser peel. I just came to get the phone number to make an appointment and I saw the reviews and thought I should leave one because I know people are more inclined to leave reviews when they have a bad experience, including me. But I love this place so here is my five star review. Personally I have had nothing but good experiences with making an appointment or in the waiting room. That is my personal experience. I am usually seen on time. Cornelia is really nice and she does a great job on my skin. Sometimes she throws in some extras. My skin is always tight and glowing. People always ask me for my skin secrets. I come here every three months for a carbon laser peel. I recommend it!

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with the man who answered my call was unacceptable. Very rude and dismissive. Customer service is a basic expectation, and the rudeness I encountered made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. There’s a lot of med spa around NY. Stay away from this Clinic if you want to be treated as a person.
