I had my first appointment for tattoo removal. I was REALLY nervous, but once I was in the room with Dr. O, she made me feel right at home and at ease. She explained everything to me and gave me opportunity to ask questions. She told me exactly what to expect and told me what she was doing just before she did the treatment. She checked on me several times during to make sure I was alright. She gave me options regarding my comfort and talked to me about what she recommended that was just right for me. I have another 3-4 treatments and I'm really excited and not nervous anymore. She is absolutely kind and caring. Such a sweet and knowledgeable woman!

Dr. O makes me feel incredibly safe every time I step foot into her chair. I started seeing her a few years ago for a hyperactive eyebrow, and was beyond nervous. She has a calming, and comforting presence. She explains everything in detail anytime I ask questions, and never ever makes me feel bad. She has never ever pushed me to get more botox, and will only do what YOU feel comfortable with. You can truly tell she loves her patients, and wants you to feel safe. I love the office staff, and am so grateful to everyone there.

I had botox and a consultation for filler. Anna was very knowledgeable and patiently listened to my concerns. I was very impressed that she was honest about my skin and what results I could expect. I was very grateful that she didn't try to pump me full of filler, instead determining that I didnt need any. I really appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere and that my insecurities weren't exploited to make more money. She also has a very light touch while injecting botox. Overall a great experience. I will definitely be a return customer.

I’ve seen Jade a handful of times and my skin couldn’t look/feel better 💓 I came to her after experiencing some hormonal changes and was worried about acne, she offers free consultations and took the time to really listen to my concerns and talk through different options. Ive gotten multiple peels from her at this point and my skin is clear and glowing. Jade is extremely kind, honest, and her prices can’t be beat, I would (and do) recommend her to all of my friends :-) Can’t wait to continue to visit!
