Paige was my injector for my first ever Botox and I couldn’t have had a better experience. She was so sweet, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. I felt confident she knew exactly what she was doing. The front desk staff were also so warm and welcoming. Such a great first experience, I will 100% be coming back for future treatments!

I had a very disappointing DiamondGlow facial here. The service was not at all like a typical facial experience and poorly performed. Instead of improving my skin, it actually made it worse afterward, which was extremely frustrating given the cost and expectations of this treatment. What made the experience worse was the customer service. The owner initially offered a full refund for the service due to the poor outcome, but ultimately only provided a partial refund and then denied that a full refund was ever discussed. This lack of accountability and follow-through was disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this business based on both the quality of the service and how the situation was handled afterward.

I recently visited Maine Laser and I am absolutely blown away by the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and relaxed. The atmosphere is so calming and luxurious. The team here is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options and really listened to my concerns. I felt confident that I was in expert hands. The treatments I received were absolutely transformative. My skin has never looked or felt better! Maine Laser is hands down the best I’ve ever been to. If you’re looking to treat yourself to something special, this is the place! I’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments and recommending them to all of my friends. Can’t wait for my next appointment! 💆‍♀️✨

I highly recommend Maine laser. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and kind. The facility was very clean. Elaine was very informative and answered all of my questions. This is my first time getting any sort of injection, and I was very nervous. She listened to my concerns and didn’t push any extra procedures or products on me. Amy was very friendly and helped me set up my account, making sure that I got the best deal that I could and set up the rewards system before I left.
