Susan Hirsch, PA-C is on staff and readily available with decades of experience and a nurturing bedside manner. When dealing with a difficult skin condition, my skilled aesthetician Natalya showed ethics and compassion by asking for Susan’s guidance. Susan’s proficiency in both clinical and aesthetic dermatology offers rare, comprehensive care. She identified a condition that multiple prior providers missed, providing a level of diagnostic accuracy that exceeded my expectations. Susan, Natalya, and the whole staff at Manhattan Aesthetics have remained attentively concerned with my well being. I am so grateful to have found a team I trust implicitly to provide comfort, compassion, and a flawless outcome every time.

Was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment for sofwave treatment with Susan. I was nervous to try the procedure but from the moment I called the office and spoke to Chris- I knew I picked the right spot! He was informative, patient, and kind - setting the tone for a great experience end to end. When I arrived for the procedure - I was greeted by Susan, my provider. I explained my concerns and interests and she spent a great deal of time explaining the procedure, after care, what to expect, and any other random questions I had. Her thoroughness, expertise and experience was evident in not only her explanation but in the execution of the procedure itself. Throughout the procedure she ensured I was comfortable and her warm, calm nature brought me great ease. 2 weeks later- I can already see results way ahead of anticipated schedule and im so glad I chose manhattan aestherics and Susan!

Doctor BriAnna is the best aesthetic specialist I’ve ever met. She is young, energetic, and extremely professional. Her aesthetic philosophy truly resonates with me—enhancing beauty in the most natural way. The treatments and skincare products she recommended have made a noticeable difference in my skin. In particular, RF Microneedling left my skin smoother, more refined, and tighter. During the treatment, her gentle touch made me feel completely comfortable and genuinely cared for. Everyone at Manhattan Aesthetics is also incredibly warm and welcoming. Their attentive service made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Manhattan Aesthetics is my favorite place to go to when I need to freshen up my skin. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is warm, upbeat, and organized, which honestly makes such a difference. Natalie has been my facial laser person for over six years, and I wouldn’t trust my skin with anyone else. She’s meticulous, knowledgeable, and takes real pride in her work. I always know I’m in great hands, no matter what treatment I’m getting. I’ve done Aerolase, Genesis, and other treatments here, and I’ve always had excellent results. This place is seriously a gem.

I was referred to Manhattan Aesthetics after using GLP-1 drugs and loosing over 40 lbs. I am so impressed with their practice - from check-in to seeing my old self back. First, during the assesment, the doctor explained the areas that showed signs of sagging and aging, the treatment, and expected results. Second, they made me feel comfortable during the treatment itself. The doctor used a combination of fillers for different areas, and the results were amazing!! I walked out feeling 10 years younger.
