This practice is a complete scam, and I deeply regret ever going there. A year before my visit, I had undergone arm liposuction but wasn’t happy with the results, so I started researching non-surgical options to tone my arms further. I discovered radio frequency treatments and thought that might help. When I contacted this practice, I met with Dr. Kwasi Debra. He discouraged me from radio frequency, insisting it wouldn’t be effective for my situation. I made it clear that I have zero tolerance for pain and wanted to avoid surgery, since my lipo experience was already painful. Still, he convinced me otherwise, assuring me that the procedure would be painless because he would numb the area. Trusting his supposed expertise, I agreed. On the day of surgery, everything was disappointing from the start. I arrived 10 minutes early but ended up waiting over 2 hours because the nurse was late. During the procedure, I experienced excruciating pain despite being told it wouldn’t hurt. I cried at one point and had to be given extra pain medication twice. After the surgery, I noticed no improvement in my arms—the very reason I came in. Dr. Debra brushed it off, saying the swelling would go down and that I needed to give it time. At my follow-up visit, I told him how disappointed I was, but he was dismissive and simply told me to lift weights. He checked me quickly and sent me home without any real concern. It’s now been a month since, and my arms actually look worse than before. I’ve tried to schedule another follow-up, but I haven’t been able to. This whole experience has left me devastated. Dr. Debra put me through unbearable pain for absolutely nothing, and I would never recommend him or this practice to anyone. I would choose zero stars if I could 🥺

Dr. Debra made me feel safe and comfortable, he took is time and listen to my concerns. Dr. Debra is definitely going to be my GYN from know on. The office is very easy to get too and plenty of parking is available.

If I could give 0 stars I would….. charged my insurance over 400$ simply for writing a birth control prescription. The doctor didn’t even look at me or anything, I have NEVER been charged this much for a simple prescription. Absolutely insane.

Dr. Debra is very personable. Unlike my other doctors, he knows about my medical history without me reminding him at every visit.

One of the best doctors I’ve seen in years. Very knowledgeable and helpful with my medical issues. Very easy to talk to and has a caring attitude.
