This was my first time getting Botox and fillers, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone at Maya Med Spa is incredibly sweet and welcoming. My visit was with Seema, and she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable, took her time, and thoroughly explained all of my options. I never felt rushed and truly felt cared for throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Maya Med Spa to anyone—especially if it’s your first time getting Botox or fillers. I’m already looking forward to my next visit with Seema!

I love this spa! Everyone that works here is so nice and welcoming. They know their stuff and are able to help recommend any treatments. What I also appreciate how honest they are, when you don’t need something they will tell you. I have done several services with them and I usually don’t feel any pain. Deena and Tiffany have been my specialist and they are great! The owner is also fair and accommodating. I will continue to come here for all my cosmetic needs.

I came in for lip filler and Jeuveau and was overall disappointed with the experience. When I arrived, the injector was in another room talking, and there was little interaction or consultation. After briefly stating what I wanted, the front desk staff came in to collect payment and quickly applied lidocaine to my lips. When the injector finally came in, the appointment felt extremely rushed. Sne was in and out in about 10 minutes and did not ask many questions or go over a treatment plan. I left having paid around $800 and felt the service did not match the price. My lips look okay, but my Botox results were not great. I shared that I previously did well with 20–32 units, but was told that 60 units is “average” and that’s what I should consider. I ended up getting 40 units, yet the results were worse than what I’ve had in the past. Because I wasn’t happy with my experience or results, I chose not to return for the second lip filler touch-up appointment that I had already paid for. Overall, the service felt rushed and impersonal, and I expected much better given the cost.

My wife got a procedure done and recommend it to me. After I came home she asked about it and apparently mine was done slightly different than hers. For example they gave her 2 small bottle of her own plasma to apply at home every 2 hrs which she had to keep refrigerated and I didn't get it. Either way the staff was great and I'll think whether about to go back or not. We will see and it depends of the outcome.

Cynthia at the front desk was so kind and welcoming — as a new client, she even made me a coffee, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Dana provided a one-on-one consultation about the products, and she was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional, making sure I understood everything clearly. Seema was incredible with the treatment — the injections were seamless and completely painless, and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Manager Lina also stood out with her comforting presence and professional demeanor, which added an extra level of reassurance to my visit.
