I’ve been getting laser hair treatments here for a few months. I am blown away by the difference between this spa and the ones I’ve tried before. It’s less painful with more advanced technology. I am seeing consistent results with every session. I absolutely love how Susada does not rush through the process, covering all surface areas. Allowing me to go at my own pace to make sure I am comfortable. She takes the time to educate and answer all questions in a kind and respectful manner. There’s never an awkward moment during my appointments. It is always filled with fun and pleasant conversations! :)

I so thoroughly enjoyed my hydra facial with Susada today. It was relaxing, and my face felt amazing all day long….all glowy and smooth! She took the time to explain each step. I received Botox injections last month for the first time here with Mia. I can’t believe I waited to do it! My crows feet-gone! Mia and Susada have the magic touch and I will definitely be back. Wish I could give more stars!

Mia and her staff are nothing short but exceptional. I have being seeing her for 2+ years and their commitment to their clientele is immeasurable. They go out of their way to be accommodating of schedules and make you feel like family. They are warm and put you right at ease from the moment you meet them. My laser hair removal results have been REMARKABLE. I started with bikini, and then expanded to underarms and legs because I was so thrilled with the results. After seeing Mia for my laser hair removal, I also inquired about laser treatment for some dark age spots. Her recommendations and procedures again brought me fantastic results. I have recommended so many lovely women to them and they are all so grateful. This place is life changing. Mia and her girls help me to feel good about myself and I will only use them for my medical spa needs. Thank you ladies!!!

Mia is very nice. But sadly, her staff, Susada is not! she’s got an attitude. She was not happy with what she’s doing the whole time and acted like it’s my fault paying to be treated with many parts of my body which took long and gave her a hard time as she always complains that doing the laser for me is like a whole body workout for her. She was always in rush with me and missed a lot of spots that even I kept an eye on her doing it the whole time and called it out, she would refuse and started to argue with me. I paid a lot like almost 3k in total and invest so much time to get what I should’ve been treated with respect as a human being, not to feel bad as I got complained for having so many big areas of my body to be treated! But instead she acted like I owe her something or beg her to do it for free even it’s her job. Waste my money and time. It finally made me stop going there. Now that I go to a new laser hair removal place, they are so professional and organized. They know what they’re doing. More importantly, they treat me a lot better than this staff did.

I have had many treatments with Mia’s medical spa and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and the practice. Mia always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as well as beautiful!! Her laser hair removal packages are unbelievably affordable and they work wonders!! She ALWAYS has amazing specials for Botox and fillers as well! 11 out of 10!! Superb, friendly and knowledgeable practitioners!! Thanks so much for all you do!!
