I’ve been a patient of Dr. West since she opened MCCS. She’s a dedicated, compassionate, gentle practitioner. Her office is managed very efficiently by Chelsea. Together, they are a dynamic duo! I highly recommend their skin care products and treatments. Dr. West provides free consultations and makes recommendations based solely on the individual. I find that packages of 3 get the best results. I’m pushing 70 and have had loads of skin problems throughout my life, including rosacea and cystic acne. I’m still surprised when anyone compliments my skin. I only wish that I could say it’s ‘good genes!’ The real answer is ‘bad genes’ and an excellent doctor who has the skill set to make anyone feel AND look their best!
I had jawline contouring with Quantum RF and chin lipo done by Dr. West, and I truly couldn’t be happier with the results. They exceeded my expectations, and the entire procedure was completely painless. Dr. West is a master of perfection and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through my options without any pressure or upselling. I was especially impressed by the suite of advanced technology available, which made the treatment plan feel thoughtful and highly personalized. Her post-procedure care made recovery easy, with very little downtime or discomfort. From my initial consultation through every follow-up appointment, I never felt rushed and always felt comfortable asking questions. Dr. West consistently gave clear, thorough answers and made the entire process feel stress-free. The entire team was fantastic (shoutout to Chelsea!) and incredibly accommodating with scheduling. Highly recommend Dr. West and her team!
I have had a wonderful experience at Michigan Center for Cosmetic Services! Dr. West is excellent at what she does, very approachable and easy to talk to, thorough and efficient. I have had two dysport treatments so far and am very happy with the result. I appreciate that Dr West is honest with how many units are needed and charges based on that, rather than a flat fee for each area. I have also completed 3 Morpheus8 treatments and am really seeing the benefits in terms of collagen production in my face and neck. Communication with the office has been very convenient - Chelsea is lovely to speak with and very helpful, even when trying to figure out appointments with my tricky schedule. I highly recommend this clinic for cosmetic services.
I’ve had such an amazing experience with Dr. West and Chelsea! I came in to receive some lip filler and was immediately welcomed in and made to feel looked after and informed of the entire process. Dr. West is so knowledgeable and helped me to feel comfortable and informed of the steps for the process before, during, and after treatment. She listens to your concerns and wishes and was able to give me the exact result and shape I wanted all while keeping my lips looking natural. Chelsea is also an amazing assistant and was always warm at the front desk! She promptly responded to any calls or texts necessary during the process. An amazing experience overall!
About a year ago, I received IPL treatments from Dr. West. The results were awesome. Skin damage from previous years of sun worship disappeared and scarring from skin cancer surgery has softened quite a bit. About the last 3 or 4 months, I received Morpheus 8 treatments. This time the results were just as awesome but in a different way. There has been a tightening of my skin on face and neck but in a subtle way that looks natural. I noticed friends doing double takes of me when they thought I wasn't looking. Some even asked if I lost weight. My advice to everyone that is looking for face treatments that keep you looking your best self and not like someone else, Dr West is your answer! Her assistant, Chelsea, does an amazing job walking you through financing options and pre/post steps you need to take in order to make your procedure successful. She will make your experience seamless.
