I went to this clinic for lip filler treatment and paid $800. I was told the results would last around 6 months to a year, but unfortunately, the filler only lasted about one month. I followed all the aftercare instructions carefully, so I was really disappointed with how short the results were. The staff were nice and the clinic was clean, but for the price I paid, I expected much longer-lasting results. I hope they can improve the quality of their products or provide better support for clients who experience this issue.

absolutely love this place! They always make you feel so special and take the time to give the best advice for whatever service you’re considering. Hands down my go-to spot for Botox and lip injections—couldn’t recommend them more!

I went to Milani Med Spa for lip fillers. The place itself is very nice, and I liked the atmosphere. However, I’m extremely disappointed with the results. I paid $850 for one syringe of lip filler, and it only lasted about a week. It feels like a total waste of money. I believe they’re using low-quality products. Please don’t get lip fillers here don’t waste your money like I did.

I came to get lip filler here about a year and a half ago. I had to visit them twice because my lips were left unsymmetrical the first time and the second time there was a small bump of filler on my top lip that they said would just go away. It wasnt until recently that i went to @bambilips in fairfax that i decided to share my experience because the difference in knowledgeability and talent was significant that i regretted getting filler here on my virgin lips :,( so just be conscious. My last facial here for my birthday also wasnt the best :(
