If you want a knowledgeable, comforting experience with great results, this is the place. Every visit has been consistently positive. The staff is friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced. Brandi truly stands out. She takes the time to thoroughly explain what she is doing and why before starting, which builds so much trust and confidence in the process. Her approach is thoughtful, educational, and never rushed. If you have the opportunity to work with her, you will quickly understand why it is hard to go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

My husband absolutely loves this medical spa! We recently moved back to Dover and were looking for a reputable place, and we’re so glad we found Mint & Needle. We learned that the owner, Brandi, is an award-winning injector, so we didn’t hesitate to book an appointment. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Brandi herself was absolutely lovely. She took the time to answer all our questions and performed the Botox injections with confidence and precision. You can immediately tell she’s a true professional at her craft. Highly recommended!

I’ve had multiple treatments with Laura and each time has been beyond fantastic. From the moment you walk in you feel welcome and the whole stay is beyond expectations. Laura knows how to make you feel comfortable and answers all your questions from the start. She makes you laugh and makes the experience enjoyable. I will continue to come back for each treatment and more in the future!

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming—especially at the reception desk, where the staff made me feel immediately at ease. The team is incredibly friendly and takes the time to ensure all my needs are met. They ask thoughtful questions and consistently check in to make sure I’m comfortable throughout the process. Their bedside manner is truly phenomenal—warm, attentive, and reassuring. I also appreciate that they proactively share upcoming specials so I can take advantage of the best deals. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough about this practice. Brandi is not only insanely talented but also one of the coolest people I’ve met. I had the facial balancing level 2 procedure and my results couldn’t be better. Brandi knows the anatomy of the face like the back of her hand. I completely trust her suggestions and her ability to make me look and feel my best!
