​I have to give a massive shout-out to Alexa for my chemical peel treatment. I was a bit nervous about the process, but she is a total pro. She walked me through every step, explaining the science behind the products and ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. ​The results? Phenomenal. My skin hasn't looked this bright or felt this smooth in years. Alexa’s expertise and warm personality turned a technical treatment into a truly relaxing experience. ​What Makes Wellness Haven Special: ​Attentive Service: The staff is warm, professional, and never makes you feel rushed. ​Immaculate Facilities: Every corner of the spa is pristine and designed for ultimate relaxation. ​Holistic Approach: They truly care about your overall well-being, not just the service you booked. ​I walked out feeling like a completely different person—refreshed, glowing, and totally centered. I cannot recommend this place (and Alexa!) highly enough.

Great facility. Lots of wellness services provided such as Botox, weight loss therapies, intravenous vitamin replacement, IV hydration, and chemical peels- amongst other services. Staff is always friendly and welcoming- there is many years of experience in the medical field amongst this highly trained staff. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. It’s very clean and relaxing! A great addition to anyone’s wellness routine.

Making the appointment was a great experience; however, the promised service was not delivered. During scheduling, I clearly voiced several concerns and was reassured each time. I was told I would receive written post–chemical peel instructions, be offered a post-peel kit to prevent excessive dryness, have a consultation included in the cost if I proceeded with treatment, and receive a prescription for my hyperpigmentation. I also have an email confirming that I was scheduled for a Level 2 peel, yet when I later questioned what was performed, the esthetician stated she did not see that information. None of the promised services was provided. I was taken into the room at 11:00 a.m., and the treatment was completed by 11:24 a.m., with no consultation, written instructions, post-peel kit, or prescription. When I raised these concerns at the front desk, the receptionist was unaware of any of the promises made and stated that no notes had been documented. I asked to speak with an RN, but was told everyone was with clients. I was in complete shock during the entire ride home. The lack of communication, documentation, and follow-through was extremely disappointing and concerning. In addition, I was concerned when she did not even use the light to examine my skin; she went straight to cleaning. How do you decide on a treatment before assessment?

Love this place!! I went in for the T-shape treatment focusing on the facial / neck area and had a wonderful experience. Michelle was warm and welcoming and explained so much about the technology and process. It’s very much a spa-like atmosphere; clean, relaxing and stylish. (And because this matters to me - easy parking!! 🙌 the last thing I want before a self-care session is stressing about parking or finding the location, but no issue here - exterior stairs at the left side of the building lead right up to the 2nd floor entrance overlooking the parking lot). Already looking forward to my next visit :) ———- Update: hours after 1st session - getting home and doing the usual nightly routine - seeing my face in the bathroom mirror, same lighting as always.. my cheekbones legit seem more prominent. I’m a believer.

I discovered this Wellness spa social media and took advantage of one of their specials which included the T shape treatment. I was very impressed with the knowledge that Jessica had as she worked through the different modalities. I am fairly well-versed in Skin Care and no stranger to Medical pills and Skin Care, and I learned a lot during my visit of other options for my skim. I’m looking forward to a return visit and perhaps trying a different treatment! I highly recommend My Wellness Haven Med Spa!!
