I am a mystique Stan! I love it here so much and have never had a bad experience. I do Juvederm volbella with Abby and she has never let me down. I am so SO picky about who does my filler I literally can’t go anywhere else. One time I ended up going somewhere else and they messed my lips up. Only then did I know how grateful I was for mystique. Abby fixed my lips after that tragedy and now I am very happy with them. She also did my chin filler and it looks amazing.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I experienced at your Fresno location. I was scheduled for an appointment at 7:50 a.m., yet when I arrived, the doors were locked and no staff were present. I attempted to call but received no answer. I had taken the morning off from work specifically for this appointment, which meant both lost time and lost income. Since no one was there, I eventually had to leave to return to work. At 8:15 a.m., I received a call from a staff member who not only contacted me well past my scheduled time but also spoke to me in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. I made it clear that I had already been at the location, and I encouraged her to review your security cameras and the recorded call for confirmation. This experience reflects poorly on the professionalism of your staff and on Mystique Medical Spa’s commitment to customer care. Scheduling clients for 7:50 a.m. but not opening on time is unacceptable. As a result, I will be canceling my membership. Since I have prepaid for my treatments, I will complete those sessions, but I will not be renewing or returning thereafter. Additionally, I will be sharing my experience with family and friends so they are aware of the lack of reliability and professionalism at your Fresno location. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure no other client has to go through the same experience.

I did not get what I paid for Infant one of the services that I prepaid for was taken from me and they did not have good customer friendly service when this issue was being discussed , they should have made things right in the office at that time when I had the problem/situation occurring but they chose not to and tried to call after everything had occurred (um no.) I think the only thing that is important to them is money , money, money they don’t care about fixing your issues. It’s all about how deep your pockets are. I could go into my experience and what happened to me, but it is really too much to explain here. I am just going to say that I would never recommend this place to anybody and I do not believe that they really care about helping you with your acne, hypertension or any other issues you may have. I do believe it is all about the money and how much you are willing to spend and if an issue comes up it’s your problem not theirs. Please don’t expect them to make things right… not unless you want to spend MORE Money. Maybe others have had different outcomes (I hope so) but this was my experience and I would think twice before making an appointment. I was never issued credit or refunded for my prepaid service that I never received so if you do decide to go with this place be careful and don’t pay for service a head of time.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for this place!! Top-notch professionals, kind, knowledgeable, and most of all dedicated to giving you a great experience!! Self-care has never felt better. Nothing like it in the Fresno area every time I walk through the doors, I feel like I’m the only patient! Truly grateful for this one of a kind facility.

Extraordinarily friendly (without seeming false), helpful and informative! I had difficulty getting Alle account approval texts and Shelby, Sochi and Andrew went above and beyond. There is an amazing range of service offered and treatment staff have nursing degrees. Spa Night was so fun; I love Mystique!
