I just wrapped up my third micro-needling session at NEOS Med Spa, and it’s been a solid experience. Alyse made me feel comfortable right away, took time to look at my skin, explained the options clearly, and walked me through the process. The space is clean, the care feels thoughtful, and I can honestly feel a difference now. I’d definitely recommend NEOS Med Spa and of course, Alyse and Caitlin are great.
First of all, I NEVER leave reviews, but in this case I HAVE to. I’ve been struggling with my skin (and hating it) for over 5 years, since my last pregnancy. I’ve tried all the creams and treatments- nothing helped. At 43, I felt like a teenager going through puberty. 😔 Sharlene and her team at Neos are absolutely incredible!! They took their time to diagnose and get to the root of my skin issues, and after just a few treatments, I feel like I have brand new skin! I’m excited about it for the first time in forever! The office is clean and beautiful, everyone on staff is super helpful and friendly, and they offer a ton of different services at very reasonable prices. 10 out of 10 HIGHLY recommend- you guys have a customer for life!!
The location of laser is a pretty private thing to do for me, but Alyse is so kind and professional! It's not weird but wonderful 😍 AND you have the best laser! So fast and not painful.

I always get quick responses with kind, patient, and easy-to-understand explanations. When I come in, I’m greeted like a friend or family, and I genuinely feel welcomed and cared for. Even if my questions or directions might sound silly or slightly off, a conversation is always started so we can get on the same page, I never feel judged or ignorant for asking.
I was gifted a facial by a gf for my bday! Saw summer while I was there and she did my treatment! It was incredible and I will be back next month for another
