To be honest, I haven't visited this establishment but my informational needs were 100% met. My rating is based solely on the website and the amazing service I literally imagined in my head I'd receive there as I was browsing this website. Surprisingly, most sites I visited prior to Neroli only listed the treatments offered without explaining what some really weird looking words (treatment options) meant. This website not only organized the treatments by area of the body and options for that area, but it also gave detailed descriptions for each treatment option to help anyone figure out what kind of service is needed and how to best utilize your treatment options. To go above and beyond, the website gave users a short but sweet timeline on what to expect, how long it takes/lasts, pre and post care... I was so impressed that I didn't have to ask AI or Google to help me understand. Bravo for such a user friendly and informative website. Danielle

As a nurse, cleanliness and professionalism are very important to me, and Neroli consistently exceeds my expectations. What a hidden gem! This little spa tucked away in downtown Charlottesville is absolutely wonderful. The staff are kind, caring, and truly great at what they do. The atmosphere is spotless, peaceful, and so relaxing — the perfect escape. I especially love the red light bed — it’s amazing! Highly recommend this place.
