I’ve been seeing Ann for microneedling and hydrafacials for over a year, and she is truly the best. She’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns. I genuinely look forward to every appointment with her. The results I’ve seen in my skin have been amazing, such a noticeable improvement. I trust her completely with my face, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for real, lasting skincare results. Ann is exceptional at what she does!

Absolutely amazing! My Botox came out perfect!Jennifer Horn was wonderful and helped guide me on how to achieve the results I want which I really loved. The staff overall is very caring and knowledgeable. They truly go above and beyond for their clients including the front desk. Maya was truly so great and helpful towards more, it was a pleasure to come here and I definitely will be returning!

Ann is wonderful. I genuinely enjoy seeing her and feel very comfortable during my appointments. She is the primary reason I continue coming back. That said, I experienced ongoing issues with communication and billing at the front desk that led to repeated confusion. There was very little guidance regarding next steps, scheduling, or payment expectations, which made the process feel unstructured and inconsistent. After my first appointment in late November, I was given no clear instructions on how or when to pay or how to schedule follow-up appointments. I left unsure of what to do and later received a call asking for my credit card information over the phone. I agreed, but I was not given clear context about how the payment plan worked or when charges would occur, and I assumed charges would be taken at future appointments. In December, my card was automatically charged without prior notice. As I was out of the country, I did not pursue clarification on this matter and figured it would resolve itself as long as all payments were made. At my second appointment in January, I again experienced minimal guidance at checkout. I initiated the conversation myself, scheduled my next appointment, and paid in person. I specifically asked whether paying at the desk would prevent automatic charges and was told it would not result in a double charge. Unfortunately, that information was incorrect, as my card was charged again approximately two weeks later. While the clinical care has been excellent, the billing and front-desk processes caused unnecessary confusion and stress. Clearer communication and more structured checkout procedures would greatly improve the overall experience.

Dr. King is an absolute gem! Her medical expertise/experience combined with her warm personality and gentle touch are unrivaled. I have been a return patient of hers for over 5 years. I trust her opinion and value her transparency when I ask about treatments/procedures. She is quick to tell me if I don’t need something (which my wallet appreciates!) and always takes a conservative approach. There is no one else I would recommend to loved ones and strangers alike.

Love this place. The ambiance is beautiful and the staff are all wonderful. I’ve been going to Jennifer Horn for the past year for my injectables — her manner always puts me at ease and her approach is thoughtful and precise. She sets realistic expectations and the results of my treatments always look refreshed and natural.
