I was scheduled with Bianca today for a hydro facial. She did an amazing job. She was very detailed in explaining each step. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend her for any procedure as this was my 3rd now with her. She is very gentle and kind and really listens and makes great efforts to make the experience positive. However, when I was there and getting started there is a meeting/ break room a few doors down and the girls in there were being very loud, not considering clients are try to relax and enjoy their service. Also, a lady came in and rushed us out 10 min before the hour stating that a paying customer would be there at 1. I thought that was very unprofessional to come in and rush us out not only to a cert model but to embarrass Bianca in front of me, when it could have been more professional to talk outside of the room. Model or paying client, a little more respect and professionalism is deserved for anyone who comes into the spa. Because of that it changed my mind in wanting to come in for paid services there, also the red light pads were not working so I wasn’t able to get that part of the service. Please do better, for your clients and your estheticians.

I had my teeth whitened at NIMA and had such a great experience! The students were professional & knowledgeable and the instructor was very thorough and hands on. The procedure was gentle, and I was surprised by how bright my smile looked afterward! The clinic was clean, organized, and the whole team made me feel welcome. For the quality of care and results, the value is unbeatable. I highly recommend their teeth whitening services and will absolutely be back!

My experience was nothing short of incredible. I had a facial done with the delightful Ms. Cammy. Her massage technique was other worldly and left me feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated. The absolute best experience ever.

I went and got a facial for my birthday and Bianca did a phenomenal job! It was so nice and relaxing and she explained all the products she used so well. She also answered any question or concern I had about my skin and helped me learn so much. I highly recommend her, she is so sweet and did such an amazing job. Definitely will be going back to see her again!
