Nirvana is great, I love getting facials with Taralyn! She’s amazing at what she does and really takes the time to listen, she makes every treatment feel totally personalized with great results. I especially love the massage. You can tell she’s super passionate about the industry and, as the owner, it really shows in every detail. The spa is always clean and smells amazing, I love the calming vibes. All the staff are so sweet and welcoming. I always leave feeling taken care of and refreshed! I highly recommend!!

I recently visited Nirvana for a facial and wanted to share some feedback about my experience. While I was looking forward to a relaxing and rejuvenating service, there were a few aspects that made it difficult to fully enjoy the treatment. The room felt brighter and cooler than I expected, which made it harder to relax. Additionally, the facial did not feel particularly personalized, and I would have appreciated more communication about the products being used and the steps involved throughout the service. Having that guidance tends to enhance both comfort and confidence in the treatment. The massage portion was quite brief, and during the mask application I heard what sounded like phone use, which interrupted the otherwise quiet atmosphere. Small details like these can make a meaningful difference in creating a calming spa experience. Because of these factors, I left feeling that the service did not fully meet my expectations. I’m sharing this feedback in the spirit of transparency and with the hope that it may be helpful both to prospective clients and to the business itself. My intention is not to criticize, but to offer constructive input that I hope will be received openly and used as an opportunity for improvement. That being said, I do hope that I don’t receive a passive aggressive public reply to this review as I have seen done previously to other feedback describing similar issues to my own experience.

This place is amazing! This was my first time getting a massage here and it was so worth it! Staff is super friendly and inviting. Make sure you book with Rachel! She makes sure to work all the right spots and doesn’t just do a normal 60 minute routine massage. She really works on the specific spots that you’re having issues with and makes sure you’re comfortable all the way through your massage! I was able to choose lotion or oils and even a face mask and pillow during the massage. Highly recommend!!!

I am writing this review under a different name because I have observed how other reviews have been responded to. I have been a long-time client of Nirvana, but approximately four to five months ago I made the decision to stop attending services. After much consideration, I feel it is important to share my experience, as I remain deeply disappointed by it. For a significant period of time, I saw the owner, Taralyn, regularly for facial treatments. Over time, I began to feel increasingly dissatisfied and discouraged after my appointments. I noticed that my facials consistently did not last the full duration of the scheduled appointment. The appointment lengths are clearly stated on the website during booking and reiterated in the confirmation emails, so the expected duration is transparent. However, my longer appointments were frequently shortened by approximately 20–30 minutes. When paying between $200 and $300 per service, this felt extremely disappointing and left me feeling shortchanged. In addition, I repeatedly observed that Taralyn was on her phone texting during my appointments. Initially, I assumed it may have been an isolated incident or related to an urgent matter, but it became a consistent pattern. For example, while I was under the LED light, I could hear her texting on her phone, whereas other establishments typically provide a shoulder or scalp massage during that time. Similarly, when a peel or mask was applied, she was often on her phone rather than providing any additional service or attentive care. As a result, much of the appointment consisted of me sitting with product on my face while the provider was disengaged. This is something I have never experienced at any other spa and I have been to alot of med spas. I have never experienced where the esthetician just sits there let alone on her phone instead of doing some sort of touch or relaxation. Over time, I also noticed that the facials themselves became increasingly repetitive and less personalized. I felt that the services were becoming rushed and less thorough. From the beginning, I had expressed that facial massage was an important part of my treatment preference. However, the massage portion gradually became shorter, and during my final facial, approximately four to five months ago, there was no facial massage at all. It felt as though steps were being skipped in order to make the appointment quicker and easier rather than maintaining the quality of care. As someone who had been a loyal client for years, this experience was genuinely disappointing and upsetting. I continued to return in the hope that the quality of service would improve, but unfortunately, it only worsened. This ultimately led me to stop scheduling appointments. I regret not sharing this feedback sooner, but I felt it was important to express my experience honestly. I am submitting this review anonymously due to concerns about how previous feedback has been handled. Overall, my experience left me feeling sad, frustrated, and disheartened, especially given how much I once valued the services at Nirvana.

I recently started going to Nirvana and I’ve had the best experience. Everyone is kind, the office is clean and beautiful and my treatments have been wonderful! I’ve been seeing Geraldina and have gotten Botox and a small amount of filler. She talked with me at length before we moved forward and I felt like she really listened to what I was looking for. I want to look like myself and she totally understood what that meant. I highly recommend visiting!
