I had a fantastic experience at North Idaho Med Spa. From the moment I walked in, everything exceeded my expectations-the atmosphere, the quality, and especially the service. I want to give a special shout out to Cassie, who truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable, and made my visit even more enjoyable. It's rare to come across such a genuine Customer Care these days and Cassie is a big reason I'll definitely be coming back. I highly recommend North Idaho medspa to anyone.

From the atmosphere and the staff to the depth of services and professionalism, North Idaho Med Spa is a rare experience. At this point I have taken advantage of the majority of their services and the positive impact it has had on my health, weight, and appearance cannot be overstated. Dr. Jenna is kind, thoughtful, and exceedingly knowledgeable, and her suggestions, along with the expert execution of services by her staff, have made changes in me that I didn’t think were possible. I love this place!! ❤️

My husband and I are very happy with our experience at the North Idaho Direct Primary Care/ Dr Silakoski’s office. The staff here are excellent. Very friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable. I have also utilized the services at the North Idaho Med Spa. They offer many different treatments designed for each person’s needs. I love the staff here as well! They are also friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, and very supportive.

Kayla Kendall is hands down the best provider I’ve ever seen! I started coming to North Idaho Med Spa for Semaglutide injections, I was so nervous to start because of things I had read online. Kayla was there to answer all of my questions (and there were lots!). I never felt pressured like she was trying to sell me on something, she genuinely cared about my well being and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. I’m so glad I moved forward with her, I can’t wait to try some of their other treatments as well!
