Aubrey was truly exceptional and throughout the procedure she explained or answered my questions with such calmness. She even listened to my concerns and I can confidently say she is extremely knowledgeable about her craft. My experience with Aubrey at North Texas Spa was nothing short of amazing. Thank you for great customer service.
I just had my hydrafacial with LED light, and I have to say, this is by far my favorite place for self-care. After searching for the perfect spot for facials, I’m thrilled to have finally found one where I can truly relax and enjoy the experience. I’ve tried several different places before, but this time I am genuinely satisfied. The staff is wonderful—especially Tori, who took care of me today. She was meticulous, taking her time to ensure both the facial and the massage were done perfectly. Thank you so much! I’m already looking forward to my next treatment.
Don’t recommended getting any services from Tori/Victoria. She didn’t explain the facial process or even speak a word to me during the entire service. She didn’t seem to want to even be there. She is not kind and seems very uninterested. As a first time client I will not be back at this place and I don’t recommend it
